Had been with them 8 months. At first I thought I was making progress but then I started feeling severe pain right at the 6 month mark and was told my bone is clearly stable at this point when come to find out the rod in my leg was the only thing stable my bones had indeed not healed and the exercises that I was doing was making things worse which is no fault to them I believe they expected that I should be doing those exercises at the stage I was at. My issue is this year made my 8 months with them and I had a different therapist named Scott. This therapist seem to be spaced out majority of our session and we barely did any work yet I received a bill double what I was quoted and when I asked for an itemized summary I saw things were charged in the session that didn’t take place that day. So basically this therapist is just charging anything he wants to charge which is unethical so I will not be returning.
I called them twice before heading to the clinic asking about the co-pay amount without any deductions met. When I was in the clinic they told me it’s 226 paid in full. And then I received 150+ dollar bills later. I called them they asking them about what’s going on they said 226 is just an estimation. But 70% more billing is insane. My advice: 1. Don’t come here 2. READ UR AGREEMENT CAREFULLY, they play tricks with it. 3. Just watch a few videos on YouTube and do it yourself. Coz eventually you do it urself anyways.
The staff were very friendly once I arrived at the front desk. The young lady was very helpful and once I got back there to my therapist, she explained everything to me step-by-step and gave me a plan on which we will be working on weekly. Very satisfied with my experience.
BSW Outpatient Therapy has been integral to my rehab from Total Knee Replacement. The facility is exceptional, with state-of-the-art equipment and other accommodations. My therapist is highly knowledgeable and has been very effective in responding to my specific therapy needs.
This is an excellent center for joint replacement rehabilitation. My therapist, Ellen, and the whole staff were very good and pushed me to achieve my goals. I improved far more here than after my first joint replacement. Highly recommend.
I have a good rapport with my Physical Therapist. He's very knowledgeable and yet not pushy. BSW have great facilities and their located right next to the hospital which I saw as a plus. My therapist schedule has been really flexible which is a plus for me and my family. It allows us to make our other appointments. My therapy has been a very good experience all the way around. Thank you!
The staff and the facility are excellent. It is a very nice location, aesthetically, with modern equipment that is sanitized before every use. My therapist Spence is very attentive & collaborative while designing progressively challenging therapies at the same time. I highly recommend rehabbing here.
I'm currently being treated there after shoulder surgery and my therapist is the best. (Previously did PT at another facility prior to surgery) She explains the exercises in detail, and pays attention to your pain levels. If any questions come up, I can email her and receive a same day response at most in a couple of hours. 11 out 10 recommend this facility for your PT needs. The check in staff is friendly, and their therapists are top notch in getting you back in working order.
Taylor Marshall is an incredible Physical Therapist. I know my results are unusual, but after only one session, that included some wonderful massage on my healing ankle, I walked out with zero pain. This is especially remarkable since I was experiencing a pain level of 2 or 3 walking in. The administrative assistants are friendly and accommodating. A wonderful overall excellent experience.
I can’t say enough about Julia my wonderful pelvic floor physical therapist. I was referred to her by my OB and am so glad I found her! Julia worked with me for about 4 months and since the very first appointment she calmed my fears and helped me have confidence that I could make progress through physical therapy. She truly gave me hope! She is so knowledgeable and helped me learn so much about my body. She was professional and helpful and provided me with resources and book recommendations as well. I am moving soon so she was even kind enough to recommend a great pelvic floor physical therapist in my new city, should I ever need additional support. I appreciate her time, honesty, her ability to provide clear explanations when I had questions and her kindness. I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat. Thank you, Julia!
