Ahora y Siempre, Inc. — Mental health service in Dallas, TX

Our experience with Ahora y Siempre, Inc. has been extremely concerning. For several months, the agency has failed to pay the providers who deliver authorized services to our special-needs child. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, we received no meaningful response, and the non-payment caused providers to stop services. We have had to escalate the matter to the HCS Ombudsman and state authorities. Families relying on consistent care should be aware of these ongoing issues.

I did some duct work at one of the venues that Ahora y Siempre was using. It did not feel like work being around this group. The entire staff appeared to genuinely love what they did. The clients were having a good time. It was very special to see special needs persons taken care of and being placed first and in front of everyone. Mad props to this organization for looking out for those that are often forgotten. I will always remember how important they made their clients feel.

I had the opportunity to dj for their Xmas party. I had so much fun and to see the kids dance , laugh and enjoy life brought me such a satisfaction. Until next time my friends

As a provider, I would not recommend seeing a patient expecting payment for services from Ahora y Siempre. We tended to one of their clients November, 2022 and as of March, 2023 we had yet to receive payment. It is difficult to get in contact with anyone that seems willing to resolve the issues.
