Starting therapy with Rachel has been one of the most quietly transformative decisions I’ve made. From the very first session, her ability to listen—truly listen—stood out. She doesn’t rush to fix or label; she creates space. And in that space, I’ve found clarity, calm, and resolutions that feel not only thoughtful but deeply attuned to who I am. Rachel’s approach is gentle but grounded. She asks the kind of questions that linger—in a good way—and her insights never feel canned or clinical. Whether I’ve come in with tangled emotions or just a vague sense of unease, she meets me with patience and precision, helping me untangle the knots without ever pulling too hard. If you’re looking for a therapist who brings both empathy and emotional intelligence to the table, Rachel is the real deal. Her practice may be new, but her wisdom feels timeless.
Rachel is the best. She helped me so much over the last few months. I will be forever grateful. Anyone who is in need, will find comfort in her and her ability to provide care for those in need.
I have been dealing with a physical issue for the last two years. I came to the conclusion the issue was a manifestation of a deeper unresolved issue from my divorce. I decided to go talk to someone and within just 4 sessions, Rachel gave me a "homework" assignment that completely resolved my issue. Like GONE! I was unsure if it was ever going to go away but she fixed me! Now we are going to see what else I have that I need to work out. Thanks Rachel!
I have been seeing Rachel for over a year and the growth she has helped me with is beyond what I could have hoped for. I recommend her to everybody!
