The worst service ever, to the point of being criminal. Do not engage with this group. The Dr no-showed for my call, they still charged me $100....When I asked for a refund, they gave me $100 back but kept the $499 and removed me from the platform for complaining.

they are not 24/7. nobody answers the phone and the office is closed. the people who run security for the building don't even know they exist. and on top of that, it's $500 for an initial appointment which is quite insane.

I honestly don’t have enough words to express how grateful I am for Dr. Halgrimson. I was really struggling with depression and anxiety. I felt overwhelmed, lost, and unsure if things would ever get better. Dr. Halgrimson made me feel heard, understood, and genuinely supported. I feel more like myself than I have in a long time, and I finally have hope again. If you’re going through a difficult time and need someone who combines expertise with true compassion, I can’t recommend Dr. Halgrimson enough.

I absolutely recommend AutoPsych to anyone managing ADHD—they've built a system that actually works for people with ADHD. The sign-up process was super simple and took about 10–20 minutes, depending on how detailed you get with your intake forms. Once that's done, they get you scheduled with a provider—typically within a week, which is practically unheard of these days. I met with Dr. Halgrimson, who was incredibly kind and easy to talk to. Our appointment lasted about 30 minutes, where we went over my background and created a plan of action. I've been previously diagnosed and on medication for years, but this experience with AutoPsych has been so much easier and more convenient than what I’ve dealt with through my primary care doctor. Forget stressing about refills—they send a med check reminder email every month, and all you have to do is update them with how you've been doing, address any concerns and you'll get your refill within the next day or so. I’m beyond grateful for this team and the work they do—especially at a time when ADHD medication is hard to access, and providers who truly understand ADHD are even harder to find. If you’re someone who dreads calling your doctor or constantly forgets to schedule appointments (hello, ADHD), this process is quick, straightforward, they don’t make you jump through hoops, and the communication is excellent, including a ton of helpful reminder texts and emails.
