It has been a true pleasure working with Chloe. She is patient, knowledgeable, and resourceful. The nutrition and lifestyle guidance she provided was a stepping stone for normalizing my body and feeling more energetic. The blood work was very comprehensive. I highly recommend Chloe and Plate and Canvas to anyone looking to improve their health.
We are very grateful for Chloe and her team’s support as we’ve navigated my teenage daughter’s health challenges. Chloe is calm, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. She responds promptly to messages and provides clear, thorough guidance on all health protocols. We truly appreciate her care and highly recommend her services.
I have only worked with Plate and Canvas for 4 months so far and the results have been absolutely incredible! I struggled with chronic constipation, energy crashes, bloating, irregular and painful periods, nausea, and brain fog, and now I can hardly believe the difference. I no longer have any of these symptoms and I have energy and feel amazing! I worked with Chloe and she was amazing and always very supportive and encouraging. I loved the way she helped me integrate things into my personal life, and she has definitely become a friend. The focus for healing was not only on the problem, but whole body health and mental and adrenal support. I am now getting off of some of my initial supplements and reintroducing foods like gluten and dairy. I am so thankful to get my gut health to a point where I can eat foods like this without feeling miserable. I definitely recommend walking through your health journey with Plate and Canvas and I am forever grateful most of all to Jesus the ultimate healer, and also for the amazing care and healing I have received through these wonderful ladies! Thank you! -Shailyn Weiler
Back in May, I finally reached out to Plate and Canvas after years of trying to “just work out and eat better.” A little about me: I have PCOS and struggled to bounce back after my second child in 2020. Despite repeated attempts to get help from my doctor, I never got answers and started exploring functional nutrition. As a busy mom, I blamed my symptoms on motherhood—but I should have listened to my body sooner. I was exhausted, overweight, dealing with brain fog, digestive issues, GERDs, bloating, hair loss, and even male-pattern hair growth. A little about my journey: I was paired with Stevi, and I cannot thank her enough for guiding me through this change. What I love most about Plate and Canvas is how approachable their process is. Stevi started with simple changes and tailored recommendations at each session. My bloodwork and stool results looked “normal” to me because they were within range, but Stevi explained what was really happening in my body and started my supplement plan to help support my body. By month three, she suggested going gluten-free. The old me would have resisted (I was a gluten junkie), but I was already seeing results—so I tried it. Fast forward to today: I’m still gluten-free and don’t miss it! In this time, I’ve lost 20 pounds without extreme workouts or restrictive dieting. My hair loss has stopped, male-pattern hair growth is reversing, and my digestive issues have calmed dramatically. Plate and Canvas gave me my body back. I cannot recommend them enough for anyone looking to finally get answers to their bodily issues!
I absolutely love the team at Plate and Canvas! As a fellow women’s health provider, Taylor and her team are my top recommendation for hormone imbalances, gut health, and functional nutrition. Their online program, Restore, has been incredibly helpful for me personally because it is thoughtfully tailored to women's health in an understandable and relatable way!
Taylor is a gem! She makes complex things easy to understand and breaks down the connection to mind, body, hormones, diet in order to better manage your health. I started working with Taylor to help navigate the impacts of peri-menopause. Her guidance and recommendations have completely turned around my gut health, which I didn’t even realize was terrible. I’m like a whole new person. She’s given me the knowledge and confidence to make smart choices with my diet - especially when traveling for work! I’m grateful for her wisdom and highly recommend her services! Thank you Taylor!
I started talking to Taylor during my second pregnancy. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her and her program. I have learned so many easy and useful tips and tricks. My second pregnancy compared to my first has been night and day so much better!! I attribute that to the things that Taylor and I have worked on together. Could not recommend her enough!!
Working with Taylor has been such a game-changer for me! After years of not feeling like myself, I finally made the leap to get some help, and I couldn’t be happier that I found her. From our very first conversation, she made me feel truly heard and understood. Taylor didn’t just give me a plan—she worked with me to create something that fits seamlessly into my life. For the first time in so long, I feel energized, confident, and genuinely healthy. Taylor’s approach is amazing because it’s not overwhelming or intimidating—it’s realistic and sustainable. She gave me practical advice, shared recipes that I actually look forward to making, and supported me every step of the way. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and really knows her stuff, Taylor is it. Working with her has completely transformed the way I think about food, my health, and myself. I’m so grateful I took this step, and if you’re considering it, trust me—you won’t regret it!
Taylor is a wealth of knowledge! The Restore program gave me so many tools in my tool-belt to continue to live a new healthy, balanced life style. Taylor made it easy to actually learn practical ways to change my mind set and lifestyle. I never felt overwhelmed with information. She broke it down into bite size pieces, that was so helpful for me! I feel a new found freedom on how I fuel my body, how to workout and how to actually live a healthy life style! Thank you Taylor!!
I’ve been working with Taylor for a couple of months now to improve my overall health with a special focus on my gut. My experience working with her has been absolutely incredible. She is always responsive and willing to help. As soon as I implemented her suggestions, I immediately started feeling better. In almost no time, my lab work had improved a lot too and my gut feels better than it ever has! I highly recommend Taylor!
