Kristen was amazing with her Thai massage! She helped ease my tension and pain between my neck/back. Which helped me get off the ground with no issues. Oh, and the sauna beforehand was great as well to loosen me up. All around nice location with friendly staff! Plus easy parking too.
Rylee and Abby at the front desk show the best customer service and help you out with explaining the services you need regarding the prices, tiers, and with a great smile. The front is well cleaned and complimentary drinks are always there for you. Crystal was great as well with asking your comfort level before hand so she gives you the best experienced relaxation with your massage. I left with a warm regard and knowing I had sciatic pain I felt relief after leaving here. Takes sessions to get down to the root but will be coming back forsure. The price is worth it.
After looking around online and checking out different Google reviews I picked this one to get a body massage. I push heavy equipment since I’m a local business owner and my upper back always ends up hurting , they only have one negative review and it seems that management has gone above and beyond to do right to this customer. Martha was my therapist and addressed my back concerns. Got a 30 minute massage and she did amazing. Oh I bought a gift card for my business clients and transaction was smooth. Nothing but quality service at this new location . Hands down pristine appealing new location. Will be coming back again.
This place is phenomenal. The employees are always friendly and polite. You will feel welcomed from the guy outside smiling and waving you in, to the front desk staff who will greet you with a warm smile and a welcoming "Hello". The therapist here listen to your needs and do everything to make you feel comfortable. They will give you any kind of massage you can think of from deep hard body massage to a light relaxing massage. They can help you with any problem areas you may have from head to toes. Then as an added benefit to help your muscle s heal they have a relaxing sauna that you can use. I say you must visit them you will be satisfied.
Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was clean, relaxing, and professional the moment I walked in. The staff was welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. My massage therapist really listened to what I needed and focused on the problem areas without rushing. The pressure was perfect, and I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. You can tell they actually care about their clients and take pride in their work. If you’re looking for a place that’s professional, clean, and delivers real results, this is it. I’ll definitely be coming back.
I recently visited the new Oak Haven location in Austin. I had a great experience from the moment I walked in. I was greeted with a smile. The spa is beautiful and updated. I was then greeted by my massage therapist, Jen, who was amazing. She is so talented and is truly a gifted massage therapist. She is very professional, kind, and one of a kind. I encourage people to go visit Oak Haven and ask for Jen. You won’t regret it!
This new location for Oak Haven is absolutely perfect. It’s in a nice area and super close to fun restaurants and hotels. The staff at Oak Haven were super nice to my wife and I. Ask for JEN DISHER, she absolutely rocks. Best message therapist you can find. She knows her stuff and fixed the discomfort in my neck and shoulder in a 90 min deep tissue. She is amazing!
Jen was amazing! I had been having tension in my neck and shoulders for weeks. She was very thorough in assessing my areas of tension, and the massage not only was very relaxing but therapeutic. I left feeling so much relief. She also took the time to set the room up how I requested with the eucalyptus aromatherapy and table warmer. She was very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend you see her!
I have been coming to Oak Haven for years and I was so excited to see them open this new location. It is so beautiful and so clean inside. Their massages are truly like none other! I had a wonderful massage and the front desk staff is always so kind and welcoming. I will definitely be back to this location again!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ So excited about the new location! Hands down my favorite massage place for a long time, and the new space just makes the experience even better. It’s beautiful, welcoming, and just as relaxing as ever. The staff is amazing, the massages are consistently incredible, and I always leave feeling refreshed and taken care of. I can’t recommend this place enough…congrats on the new location! 💆♀️✨
