Been seeing James for a few months and he is absolutely wonderful. I struggled for two years trying to find a therapist who made me feel genuinely comfortable being myself during sessions. James not only makes me feel comfortable with his easygoing demeanor, but also safe, heard, and excited to dive into feelings I've always struggled to articulate. Outside of the tips he gives me to think about on the day-to-day, he's also provided recommendations for books and articles that have truly resonated with me. I'm really grateful I found him and would highly recommend his service to anyone!

Only got to work with James for a few months time, but in that short amount of time he’s been wonderful and I’ve made great progress with my mental health. It’s hard to find a counselor, so the good ones deserve to be praised.

I’ve seen James for 3 years now and he has helped me work through my struggles in life from family to work issues. Sometimes relationships with people, of course my authentic self. He also is understanding with my financial situation several years back before accepting insurance. He was helpful in getting me back on track in my struggles though its always a work in progress. Thank you James! =)

I've been seeing James for almost 3 years now and it's honestly been one of the best therapy experiences I've had in the 6~ years I've been going. Made huge progress with my GAD, BPD, and relationship issues to the point where my life is WAY more stable now. I really wanted a therapist that was willing to push me to be a better version of me, and James did that without ever feeling overbearing or overwhelming. It also helps that he's just easy to talk to and actively listens, which is exactly what I wanted in a therapist. Online portal is very easy to use for distanced sessions and he uses an actual telehealth portal and not zoom. Also very good at responding to emails and being flexible with timing issues, which has been important a few times. Overall, I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a solid therapy experience.
