I love using the YMCA Counseling services here in Greater Austin. Although I'm not a YMCA member, it was an easy to use and book service, and I really enjoy coming to a community center for counseling care. :)

Counseling at the YMCA has been a truly amazing experience. My daughter has been seeing a therapist through the YMCA and it has helped her in so many ways. Her counselor has been such a blessing to our family and I cannot thank her enough for helping my daughter learn how to express herself and work through some big feelings. The convenience of the Y and the low-cost is also a plus. I highly recommend to anyone who is seeking a counselor!

My child has done counseling through the Y for a little over a year. She has benefitted tremendously from the services that she has received. Our counselor is named Simone and she has been a blessing to our family. Indeed, she practically feels like family at this point. My daughter treasures her relationship with Simone and she is thriving thanks in part to that relationship. The Y has a great, affordable, and accessible counseling program and I would encourage anyone to give it a shot.

Trying to care for your mental health while also having to chase support through a broken system is exhausting.
