Good space, friendly people. Had a really good massage here to help relieve a bunch of neck tension. One of the best massages Iβve had probably.
I had an amazing experience as a first time client today. I completely melted into the table today with my massage with Katrina. The studio was very aesthetically pleasing; decorated very beautifully and was very clean. Katrina did an excellent job of listening to what was going on in my body. I felt like I went into a healing and relaxing vortex with her massage. I would give 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend this studio for a massage.
Is there a best of Austin award for most aptly named business? Had a great session with Manda and I feel damn good. Super easy to book, convenient location, and the treatment rooms are lovely.
Kevin is an outstanding massage therapist! I felt like I walked out in a different body. His work is deep, slow-paced, and effective, the kind that heals and changes your muscles. He really knows what he is doing, and really cares about his work and clients. Highly recommend!
Today I had a massage with Kate, and it was amazing! I liked it a lot that I've already scheduled a new appointment for the next month. Highly recommend!
The best massage therapist I have EVER seen. If you are regular to massage you notice the typical patterns that they must teach in massage school... they do not do that here. They read your body and tackle issues with experience and knowledge. And tip is included in the price! Factor that in when comparing costs of other options. Feel Damn Good is damn good!
Oh. My. God. Kevin π o.m.g. If you have chronic pain issues.... Do it. He uses VERY. Slow. Long. Purposeful movements. If you have a little anxiety or ADHD it may be tough at first, but that's just anxious brain talking. Once you let go and lean in, it is absolutely amazing Because he is deeply attuned to your body. (And again, anyone with chronic pain or injury ...Always get at least 90 minutes. 60 is too quick for any massage and it's worth the extra cost to get bigger benefit) Not to mention I do really love that they don't upcharge for things and it's a flat rate. So no trying to math at the end when your brain is mush and it allows the practitioners to just do what is needed for the client and neither person have to worry about "is this extra". Very human centered.
I was dealing with sciatica for several months and went to PT several times. A friend suggested I get a massage, which I had previously done at another establishment. I booked a session with Kate, she listened to what I was experiencing and addressed the issue. I woke up today feeling better than I have in months.
A+ massage by Kevin! I highly recommend it, especially for hip and back/posture work. I've been dealing with a mysterious hip injury for a while, and Kevin not only managed to diagnose and treat it but also gave me some helpful stretches and exercises to prevent it going forward. Wonderful deep tissue massage with an awesome neck/head massage. I'm really grateful I found this place! π
I almost donβt want to post this because itβs hard to give up the secret to how good we feel because of Kat and her whole team. Weβve been seeing her for two years now and both my husband and I think her practice is hands down the best around. For a little context, we have seen a LOT of massage therapists as my husband had two spinal surgeries back-to-back which continues to cause nerve pain due to damage. Kat really listened to his needs and every massage he walks out feeling magical. She is not a βspaβ massage - she is focused on your needs, working on really specific area and muscle groups and is extremely knowledgeable about the body and interconnected components. Itβs not always relaxing but itβs always always helpful and healing. I could not recommend her or her practice more!!
