If you want to go to marriage counseling to desperately try to save your marriage and be told you have to tell your spouse that you would like them to tell you happy birthday, this is who to call! Who wants to come to my divorce party?!? He did tell me this year though, but that was my last appt.
Elisabeth is wonderful. She holds me accountable and has helped me be kinder to myself and others. I have seen improvements in myself in only a couple of session! Even though the world is still a bit scary, her therapy has helped me face it with confidence!
I never thought I would be able to heal from past trauma and addiction. Even years later from seeing Liz in regular sessions, I go back through the books and cards for support.
