Forty years of therapy, she's the worst. A 'pastoral counselor', whatever that is. She likes to talk about herself, and all the 'discoveries' she's made. The dogs are always present, yapping and on your lap whether you want them or not. She leaves the door open as I wait for my appointment time, often going over time while I can't help but listen to her conversations with another client. She is not responsible and completely disregarded our financial agreement. She's done way more harm than good for me.

When at a very low point in life, I, by some miracle found De. I did not want a “hand holder” therapist, but wanted and needed to find my own way back and my own solutions. De provided this with so much knowledge and compassion. She also gave me some very tough questions and ideas to work on. I am forever grateful for sticking with this and I can never possibly thank her enough.
