Connor is incredibly professional, thorough, and knowledgeable beyond belief. He’s also just an all around incredible guy. I was in need of a restorative and recalibrating experience and he delivered, and then some more. He asked me if there was anything specifically that I wanted to work on or if he could just take the reins. I told him that he could do whatever he felt would be best for me, and it was a life-changing experience unlike any massage I’ve ever had. We began with breath work and a body scan to assist in relaxing and connecting with my body. The massage was so unique in the way that he was targeting specific areas to move energy to assist in detox and release. I could not recommend Connor enough if you want somebody who has a deep knowledge of the body holistically and who is extremely professional. I’m grateful to have this man to help my body feel its best. I have seen many different therapists over the years and keep coming back to Conner because of his expertise. HIGHLY recommend. If I could give him 10 stars I would ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ oh wait I can 😛👊🏻🙌🏻

Connor is exceptional at assessing what a client not only wants but also needs from the body work he provides, and then acting on it. He can also go deep into the muscles, which I like (and need!) very much. It’s difficult to find that, but he delivers consistently and it’s very hard work. He’s also thorough in describing breathing techniques that help during and after the session, as well as providing exercises to do on your own. I’ve done endurance athletics my entire life and have worked with many therapists, and many really good ones, so trust me when I say Connor does not disappoint. Highly recommend him!

Connor is very honest, professional and knowledgeable. As a first time client he took time to build rapport and explain his process and I appreciated the breath work also. At no time did I feel uncomfortable during the process and I have pretty high needs regards to mobility which he accommodated well. Would definitely recommend.

If you want every massage you have in the future to be ruined…get a massage from Connor! Nothing else will ever compare :) He is hands down the best massage therapist I’ve ever worked with. I’ve come in with a variety of issues over the years (stiff neck, lower back pain, post-workout soreness, etc) and every single time, I walk out of his studio feeling 10x better - physically and mentally. His technique is next-level: incredibly intuitive, firm without being painful, and totally customized to what your body needs that day. He somehow finds every tight spot you didn’t even know existed and works through it with such precision that you feel like a new person by the end. Bonus points: - Connor is easy to talk to, understanding, and very in tune with his clients’ bodies. - You’ll never feel rushed or like you’re just another appointment. - His studio is conveniently located on the east side with lots of restaurants and coffee nearby for a full-on “treat yourself” day. Go see Connor!

Connor is actively fixing the issues I’ve had for years. I’m an avid fitness enthusiast but in 2017, I sustained multiple injuries from multiple car accidents. Since then I’ve worked my body out of whack with minor bad posture. Connor takes an approach that works with how your body working with it self to ensure you get the best care possible. I actively see and feel the results after every visit. 10/10. Would recommend

I was recommended to Connor by a neighbor in a casual conversation about where can I get a quality massage. She immediately said Connor Dent. I have been 4 times now and am convinced that a “massage therapist” is what I have always needed for overall functional mobility and inflammation relief. Great listener and has convinced me that breath work is key to dealing with a lot of ailments and overall stress and pain reduction. His consultation before massage therapy is thorough and unique as well as his anatomy and treatment knowledge. Highly recommend.

I recently experienced neck and upper back pain from sleeping funny, so I scheduled a massage with Connor after hearing glowing reviews. The massage was exceptional! Connor’s attention to detail was evident throughout. He carefully monitored my breathing, using it as a guide to focus on areas of tension I hadn’t even realized were sore. It made a significant difference in the about of pain I was in. He also provided breathing instruction before the session, which significantly enhanced my relaxation. I highly recommend booking with Connor, he’s the best in Austin and even lets you choose your music for the session!
