I’ve gotten bodywork from Emma many times over the years. I’ve always appreciate her intuitive touch, attentive care and the therapeutic quality of her work. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you, Emma!
Emma has helped me so much with a lingering injury that flared up again recently - I had my first pain-free day in weeks following our initial session. Her consultations before each session are very thorough, and she has strong weightlifting knowlege and was able to recommend specific mobility work and exercises to support my recovery.
Emma is very warm and welcoming. She gave me a thorough assessment and really focused on the areas that were needing work. She incorporated different modalities and I feel great today! I plan on booking with her again.
I have been working with Emma for almost 5 years now, I have had a variety of different injuries and needs over the years and she has been able to really give great care as things have changed with my body. She is really great at communicating and helpingnto identify and address needs and work with a variety of tecchniques.
Emma started off with gentle, light touch that melted away the stress of my work day. She connected with me and really listened and responded to my needs as her client. She used the perfect amount of pressure and different techniques in my trouble spots to release my muscles. I feel so good this evening thanks to her and I can't wait to go back again. You should book today.
I came to this experience with an open mind, treating myself before a climbing trip, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I felt Emma’s warmth and genuine desire to understand where I and my body were at that day, even before I got on the table. The session itself was a journey. As a mid-thirties athlete dealing with muscle overuse and tension, I’ve carried a lot of blockages in my body. Through Emma’s work from lymph node attention to fascial release I felt layers start to open up. At times, it even felt like I was floating, simply observing as Emma listened to what my body needed and responded with care. Her curiosity invited my own curiosity helping me notice new sensations, connections, and the ways my body has been holding on. By the end, I felt less contracted, my breathing had opened up, and there was a real sense of relief and healing. I would highly recommend Emma’s practice to anyone, especially athletes or anyone who feels stuck in their body. It’s a deeply restorative and eye-opening experience.
I’ve had a couple of massages with Emma. She has great hands and technique. Emma is intuitive and has a very good understanding of the body.
The body work was amazing. Emma was so intuitively connected with what I needed and listened intentionally to the direction I gave her to begin. She started with a few moments of stillness to connect with me and my body, in response to letting her know I came in with anxious energy. It helped me become more attuned to what I needed from the session and also helped me relax enough to actually enjoy it to the greatest extent. I can’t wait to go back.
Emma is a magic worker! Her energy, her healing hands — she can always find the spots where I’m holding tension. I always love chatting with her: she’s calming, authentic and easy to be around. She’s a must for my health and wellness routine— pre-baby, pregnant, post and everything in between. A huge part of overall recovery and maintenance. Thanks for being wonderful at what you do!
Emma is a lovely person and amazing massage therapist. She spent extra care to work on the specific spots of my body that needed the most love. Additionally, we did some cupping on my lower back which immediately gave me some relief. Truly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Plus, according to my Oura ring I feel asleep on the table. Relaxing and restorative!
