Amazing service just know that a gel manicure here is $80, I should have asked for the price before booking. The front desk said these prices were normal in Austin and I looked around- that was a lie. There’s also a 20% automatic gratuity. they ask you if you’re okay with it rather then allowing you, as a guest, to select an amount. In a sense making you feel bad. I just don’t agree with that way of business and hospitality for a hotel spa

Way overpriced. One of the worst pedicure experiences. For a pedicure that cost $170 this was insane. Do not go here. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Positive: They scheduled me in last minute. They were polite. Everything else: Start with the nail tech did not want to do a french pedicure because it's hard for her. So I got a solid color (fine). She also asked for me to switch positions a few times because it's more comfortable for her. So I'm literally just holding my leg up in an awkward position the entire time she paints the nails. Other than that she was nice. I paid for extra for the Lux and for 15 extra min of massage. So you are aware - the only thing you get for the extra Lux price is a mud mask that she puts on, leaves for long enough to apply to the other foot then takes it off. The extra massage min ended up being wrapped in the same amount of time, so I'm not even sure why they charged for that - and it was not a massage - more of just putting some lotion on the legs. Where you sit is incredibly uncomfortable, and the pleather is chipping off the seats due to wear. They don't have running water so they use these big metal bowls.I am assuming that is why she wouldn't even let my feet soak at all before working, or maybe that was just because she wanted to be done for the day. I don't know. The place was dirty, which I didn't even notice as much until my toes were drying and they moved me to this counter that had hair and dirt stains all over it. It was gross. I started looking around and I had to stop paying attention to things.

Maria and Lauren were amazing. Maria was very attentive and made sure my massage was an amazing experience. Lauren took care of my skin like if it was hers. Amazing service from them both. I highly recommend them both !

Three days ago I booked a brighten facial with dermaflash fuzz-free and dermapore add on's. During the facial the tech ended up wiping off the "peel" mask, because she said it just wasn't hardening and she's "not sure why, but it would be fine." $300 later, I hav several scrape marks that are now scabs from the dermaflash (which was supposed to be a safer version of regular dermaplaning), and the skin around my chin is dry and peeling. I was the last appointment of the day, so by the time I got dressed and went to check out the tech had already left, and the receptionist was the only person there. Very disappointing.

Your time starts and ends at this spa with a refreshing steam shower massive enough with 2 benches. The treatments leave you relaxed, refreshed, and glowing for the day. Pam is wonderful to get your mani and pedi completed so the dogs are ready to be showcased. Wendy is fantastic at giving a mind relaxing Ashiatsu Massage and glowing facial complete with extractions and great recommendations for a daily facial routine. Then Anthony will detox you with a wrap and skin softening parrafin on your back making it smooth like it was at birth. You will be welcomed by super personable and friendly Kate at the reception desk. It's a true Oasis for mind relaxing and escape the streets of Austin and life.

I had an incredible experience with Lauren at Away Spa at the W. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel at ease with her warm and professional approach. The massage itself was outstanding, she worked out all my tension and left me completely de-stressed. What truly set this session apart was Lauren’s ability to incorporate a holistic element into the experience. Her intuitive touch and energy work created a deep sense of balance and renewal, making it more than just a massage, it was a full mind-body reset. I left feeling both physically restored and mentally refreshed. I’ll definitely be booking with her again. Highly recommend!

Devina was AMAZING! Best facial I've ever had. Deviva is so warm and genuine. Corina and the rest of the staff were so easy going, attentive, and we had such a pleasant and relaxing experience. Steam shower was icing on the cake. We will be back for more services!

Valentine's Day couples massage was absolutely amazing! Nicole and Erinn made sure that the entire experience was special and memorable. I love getting massages, but unfortunately some places have not always been accommodating of me struggling to stay still because my back tenses up. Thankfully the team at AWAY was not that way, instead they were very respectful and made it one of the best massages ever!

I had such a great experience with Wendy a few months ago, so I requested her again. She is so kind, follows your lead as far as conversing or allowing the quiet, is so knowledgeable about the lymph nodes, and provides the exact experience I am always looking for. The front desk person (name escapes me, blond female) was so informative about their new product line Comfort Zone, and wasn't pushy on selling, she answered all my questions. She was Ben had a little birthday treat and card when I checked out. Great experience all the way around.

This spa is amazing. It’s cool (love the rock n roll vibe) & relaxing. Every person I encountered was friendly. Definitely a must if you’re in Austin- great thing to do on a rainy day. Book atleast a 60m treatment &go early- work out, chill by the pool, or in the steam shower. (Or do all 3!) Shannon is awesome & gives a wonderful massage!
