Amazing time. I was in a lot of pain before the session. Avery listened intently and made sure to really focus on my problem areas. Austin deep isn’t where you go to be relaxed or fluffed, it’s where you go to get real, lasting, curative results that actually fix your problems. Lots of love to this place!
I was traveling for work in Austin about 2 weeks ago. I'm a pretty big guy, and right before getting on the flight my back went into a complete spasm. I'm talking excruciating pain and not even Advil could cut through.. I legitimately contemplated just driving home... Since I don't do work trips often my wife's advice was to go get a massage.. I'm not big on massages, but I do understand that they're very helpful from time to time. She did some research and she decided to send me this location over. She said they specialize in a certain type of deep tissue massage that would really help alleviate some of the pain I was feeling. Long story short it was the best 30-minute massage I've gotten in my life. I usually have to do about an hour an hour and a half in order to get the knots out. Shaylyn got them out in 30 minutes.. did it hurt? yes... Was it completely worth it? Again yes. Overall an incredible experience and Shay was able to fit me into in between client meetings. If I am ever in Austin again I'll be sure to visit upon arrival and before departure. Btw, be ready for intense yet surprisingly calming hands if you got with Shaylyn. And also just a wild feelings sometimes it felt like there were 6 hands in my body, never felt that before but it was cool and relaxing...
Ooof! Beesst deep tissue massage I've ever had! My therapist Bree was really great! They definitely have an edge about them that takes it to the next level! Loved the chalk board and the Epson salts given at the end! 15/10!
Amazing experience from start to finish. Booking was very easy. Staff was helpful and lovely. My masseuse Sabrina has magic hands. Worth every penny. I feel brand new. Highly recommended.
Austin DEEP consistently provides effective, therapeutic, truly deep massage. I know what to expect and actually came in specifically due to a minor sprain because I knew a DEEP therapist would help me. Love this place. I have also never been to the Congress location and love it. Each location carries as distinct a signature as the massage style and goes a long way towards making me a repeat customer
Everyone was very nice, amazing interior design, clean, organized, heated massage table, relaxing environment, my masseuse was amazing and I did not want to leave. Ignacio deserves a raise! He really did an amazing job. Had the best massage I've ever had. Definitely worth the price. Back pain is gone and will come back again!
I wasn’t sure about the service when I walked in. The vibe is like a dark club. However, Ben there completely blew my mind with his hands. Best massage I have ever had. Took care of my muscle knots with easy. Highly recommend this place! It’s worth every penny!
Usually after a good deep massage I would feel better after a few days post soreness, but I didn't really feel much different after all that rubbing and pressure put onto me. All the tightness I have still felt the same only I was sore for a week after. Also the room was freezing! I thought maybe it was just me as my body was reacting to the weird message technique cuz it wasn't freezing at the beginning, but about 45 mins in i started really noticing it, so I was kinda tensing up from the cold too, and after getting dressed when I went to pick up my phone, it felt like as if it was in the fridge and that's when I knew it wasn't me, the AC was definitely on high perhaps for the comfort of the therapist instead. Otherwise the waiting area was nice and relaxing with good music with good base and calming smells. Friendly receptionist. Price guide (as of Oct 2025): 60 mins massage $160
Super cute and great service. Receptionist was sweet and welcoming, offered me a Waterloo as soon as I walked in. My massage therapist was great and made sure to ask where I felt I needed attention. I told her my upper back is pretty tight (I’m fairly active with weightlifting and boxing) and I have tons of knots and crunchies in my shoulder blades. She spent the entire 45 minutes working my upper back and traps like I needed, and for the first time in probably two years I have what feels like zero tension in my upper back. I’m not even from Austin but I’ll for sure be back!
We've had massages all around the world and tried various techniques, but nothing prepared us for AUSTINDEEP's unique approach. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left, we felt incredibly welcomed--the space was tranquil, and the customer service was exceptional. They even noted details from our phone conversation, so checkout was smooth and effortless. Before your appointment, they ask you to complete a form in advance. Just a heads-up: this location doesn't have a couples room, so my husband and I were in separate rooms. I was with Cara J., and he had Sabrina R. When our massage therapists walked us to our rooms, I immediately noticed the intriguing decor and red lighting--it really sets the vibe. I appreciated how they explained the technique and what to expect, so you're not caught off guard when they begin using friction-based movements to generate heat. Cara even massaged my elbow caps and knees--mind-blowing! She also spent a generous amount of time on the base of my neck and feet. I was genuinely impressed by how she used her arms to create consistent friction without burning herself, all while maintaining firm pressure for the entire session. After the massage, your therapist meets you at the front with a thoughtful touch--a small bag of Epsom salt to take home. Both my husband and I agree this was one of the best and most unforgettable massage experiences we've ever had.
