⸻ I cannot say enough amazing things about this experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely relaxed and taken care of. The atmosphere was calming, clean, and welcoming, and the massage itself was absolutely incredible. Every bit of tension I walked in with was gone by the time I left. The pressure was perfect, they really listened to what I needed, and you can tell they truly care about what they do. It was honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. If you’re thinking about booking — do it. You won’t regret it. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment!
Jerome was amazing!!! Professional and made sure of my comfort through the service. The pain, tension, and stress is completely gone after my session today. Luna is an excellent massage therapist! I asked her to focus on just my back and legs and to do what she could to relieve sciatic pain and she knew exactly what she was doing. Extremely knowledgeable. The spa itself was very nice and well kept. Emma at the front desk was also great! I would recommend this place to anybody who lives in Nashville or is visiting.
I have had massages in the past, but this was my first time at The NOW Massage. The front desk staff were nice and friendly and the aesthetic of the place was warm and welcoming. I had a great experience getting a massage from Jade and my husband had a great experience getting a massage from Malik. We would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back again!
Second time coming to this the now location and I really enjoy it. I saw Jade this time for the healer massage with scalp massage add-on and it was lovely. I had a really awful week and that brought some life back into me. Will definitely be back 💗

This was my first massage ever and I will keep coming back. The aesthetic, calming wave sound, and service is excellent! Jade and Colby were amazing!! Book Jade for your massage! I got the hot stone enhancement and that felt so good. Everyone there is welcoming and so nice. For being in the gulch, it’s not expensive like a lot of hotel spas and other massage places
