The only reason I’m even giving this place more than one star is because my therapist herself was absolutely amazing and was extremely helpful. Silver Lake as a whole, though, is terrible. I was overcharged $240 about a year and a half ago now, and they have consistently called, emailed, and sent me mail saying that I owe THEM $185. Mind you, I stopped going here almost 2 years ago now. All the times I’ve called them to talk about this and sort it out, they are extremely unprofessional and never call back or fix it. They simply continue to leave voicemails and send emails about my “outstanding balance.” It really is unfortunate, because again, my therapist herself was incredible.

The follow-up is stellar! I feel that my therapist is great match! She is very responsive and follows up with me in a timely manner.
