Randy Mack has helped both myself and my husband. Coming from both massage therapist and occupational therapist backgrounds we were both impressed with his knowledge and skill. If you want results you will not be disappointed. We consider Randy to be both a friend and healer.
Randy and the work he has done on my back has been one of the greatest blessings in my life. I'm 25 years old and have been an athlete my entire life. After a host of injuries and chronic muscle tension, my body was thrown completely out of alignment. Luckily, my massage therapist recommended rolfing to see if it helped. Now, I am addicted and go see him whenever I can. My body now feels better than ever. I cannot thank Randy enough for helping heal my body+mind.
I’m a very active person, I love working-out, biking, dancing etc. However, over the years I had so many body injuries to the point that I could not walk. My quality of life was deteriorating drastically. Luckily I had the opportunity to meet Randy, he was able to help get rid of my pain. He did so with working with my body using his Rolfing techniques. Now I am addicted to my Rolfing sessions with Randy. I would highly recommend him to any one with body issues and pain. Randy is a truly caring and highly knowledgeable person, but more importantly Randy’s Rolfing works. I absolutely love Randy’s work. I will continue to have a Rolfing sessions with Randy to help with my body structure. I am impressed, truly impressed and grateful with Randy for helping me.
One of Randy's many clients, a mutual friend, mentioned in conversation how Rolfing had helped him over the years. I had never heard of it. After one session with Randy, I signed on for the Ten Series and have been back for a tuneups as needed. Rolfing has helped significantly with knee and shoulder pain, markedly improving my mobility, and has led me to make smarter choices with regards to exercise and general wellbeing.
Rolfing with Randy Mack is one of the Best decisions I’ve ever made for my Body and overall Health. I only wish that I had discovered him sooner! His sweet gentle spirit combined with his professional touch and expertise - I truly recommend him with the highest respect and gratitude.
Randy Mack helped me transform my body in a very positive way. In my younger years I had been hard on my body and had a number of injuries from body surfing, car accidents, work related injuries, and snowboarding wipeouts. Massage and chiropractic adjustments helped alleviate symptoms for a while, but provided no long term help. When a friend who was an incredible massage therapist recommended that I try Rolfing to help change my posture, structure, and alignment I figured I might as well try something new. Randy’s gentle nature, friendly attitude, and skilled touch helped me relax into the treatment. My friend had recommended that I do the 10 session series rather than a individual session, and it transformed my body. Randy explained that Rolfing deals with the inner connective tissue between the muscles rather than the muscles themselves, and tells them how to get into better alignment. Pain that had been with me for years was transformed through Randy’s healing touch, and I was overjoyed. Finding long term adjustments and help can be tricky in the society where we so often treat the symptoms of illness rather than the causes. I would highly recommend Randy to anyone thinking about exploring a new mode for healing and adjusting your body. Randy also has a deep understanding of body language and unlike some massage therapists who have dug too deep or torn muscles through overextension, he backed off before the pressure was too much for me to handle. I have since the original 10 session series utilized Randy’s help many times when injury or illness presented, and was pleased with the results every time. It may be his decades of experience, his telepathic nature, or his ability to read body language that makes Randy’s adjustments so deep and work so well. If you are contemplating shifting things in your life through a new healing modality I would definitely recommend giving Rolfing a try, and Randy Mack is a incredibly experienced and intuitive healer that can help you make the changes you’d like to make. I’m eternally grateful for all the help he’s provided me, and pray that his practice thrives due to his loving nature and skillful adjustments. If I could give Randy six ⭐️ stars I would, but the scale stops at five!!!
Rolfing is a life changer. Period. I began Rolfing n 1983 when I witnessed my friend lying flat on his back n their station wagon as his wife drove him to his 1st Rolfing session. He sat n the front seat the entire 100 miles to his 2nd session. Being a very stooped shouldered 5'9" woman with unrelenting shoulder & back pain I was intrigued so made my 1st appointment. I was hooked. 10 sessions & 1yr later I was a 5' 9 1/2" square shouldered woman living relatively pain free. Over the years I have continued Rolfing therapy to repair injuries as well as every day wear and tear on my body. I was referred to Randy by my 1st Rolfer who moved away & I cannot say enough good things about the man. He is knowledgeable, capable, compassionate & full of good humor. I cannot recomment him or the Rolfing technique more highly.
Randy is my father, so I might be a little biased. However, I have had so many times when he fixed some pain that was bothering me, that I'm a huge fan of Rolfing in general. Every time he comes to town, I ask him to work on my kids so they can grow as strong and straight as possible. I've seen it work wonders with a friend's son who was born with one foot twisted inward (and had no sign of it after a few sessions) and with a calf of mine whos shortened tendons did not respond to veterinarian care but has been fixed by rolfing, and otherwise wouldn't have lived.
Randy is a true Healer. I suffer from Plantar Fasciitis and since seeing him I am pain free! He is a very kind, caring and compassionate human who always knows how to keep your mind at ease during a session. I highly recommend the ten series as it has dramatically improved my health and posture.
I was first Rolfed 36 years ago by a woman who was Rolfing in Nashville at the time. Her sessions were 55 minutes long, and were like being run over by a Mack truck. Randy takes more time with his clients, and allows them to breathe and relax between each part of the work. I've relied on Rolfing and Randy for several decades to keep me moving freely and comfortably. He is very honest about what issues Rolfing can fix, and what it doesn't do. Sometimes it is a matter of trying and seeing what happens. I continue to go to him for help in recovering from injuries, and from the constant pull of gravity on my tall body.
