60% Garbage, incompetent, untrained, gruff office staff depending on who you get. Nothing is ever their responsibility. But That’s typical office life for you. Great therapist! Very lucky for their therapist.
Allied has been a wonderful support for me and my family. I love that they provide counseling for the whole family. Heather, Cris, and Jessica are compassionate and knowledgeable people. Allied has also always been great about accomodating my family's various counseling needs, schedules, and being able to prioritize services for us when we needed it the most. Thank you.
Heather has been a transformative presence in my journey towards mental wellness. Her deep understanding, empathy, and professional expertise have greatly contributed to my personal growth. Heather’s approach is both compassionate and practical, providing me with valuable tools and insights that have significantly improved my daily life. The environment at Allied Behavioral Health Solutions is welcoming and supportive. I couldn’t recommend this place (specifically Heather) enough!
I've been seeing Kat through ABHS for 4 years and I can not express how transformative it has been for my healing process. I truly feel that this group and it's associates care for my well being and want the best for me. Even though my mental illness can make it hard for me to respond to emails and get to sessions on time, they are very patient with me and understand my struggles. I highly suggest this group!
Been a client of Heather's for 3 years, and I wouldn't trust anyone else. They're all incredibly kind and friendly. In 3 years they've done more for me than anyone else ever has. The staff genuinely care about their clients and are very supportive. They love to see you succeed! Because of their help and support I not only survived severe ppd but came out the other side better than I've ever been and just graduated college. If you're waiting for a sign to start therapy this is your sign!
We have been seeing Jennifer since December of 2021 for my daughter and she is amazing!!! My daughter trusts her and loves her time spent with Ms. Jennifer! Jennifer sees clients out of the Pleasant View office and the staff there is so kind, professional and friendly! I have also started therapy as an adult because I saw how effective therapy was for my daughter! Kerith is a beautiful person and I feel like my time spent with her has been eye opening and so helpful for my mental health. I see Kerith virtually and it is so easy to make this a priority in my life. We have also seen Carmen, for conversations regarding medications, and she is knowledgeable and personable. She listened to me and my concerns while validating and providing in-depth education. I have felt respected and valued by every person we have interacted with in this company.
This place is A JOKE! I would definitely NOT recommend to anyone. Counselors don't keep appointments, they schedule appointments and then you don't get the link until the day of..9 times out of ten, it's not the time you were given originally, and then they mark you as a no call no show. Everytime I call, no one answers the phone so you have to leave a message, and you're lucky if you get a call back. Last time I called no one called me back..I had to call back a week later and leave another message and someone finally called me back. Had an appointment this morning at 10AM, only person in the chat..tried 3 different times ..finally called and explained what was going on..the receptionist "Lauren" was rude and needs to be retrained to speak to clients. I thanked her for her help, and she replied "yep" in a very condescending way. I have called other places to get an intake appointment but the wait is so far out, that we are stuck here. This is the only place with availability...and now I know why. This place is too much of a hassel..clients are coming to you with issues, and you just add to them. PLEASE. DO. BETTER.
Did nothing for us. Was like going to the most unproductive play date ever FOR MONTHS. When I expressed this she kicked it up a notch by having me blow a cotton ball in my sons hand. Woo-ee, he sure took away a lot from THAT activity. Also, the receptionist is very incompetent and condescending.
My son (my family) has been with Allison Peak for 7 years. She and her staff has walked our family though some very hard times and together we have seen and celebrated success. It is a journey, not a race.
After speaking with the owner, it's clear patients are not their first priority. My first counselor came from a condescending religious background and I was treated like a second-class citizen when requesting a new therapist.
