Sujarda is an amazing therapist. Highly recommend.
During my time with Sujarda Herring from Space to Tame, I felt that some of her comments and suggestions were harmful to my well-being. It was a vulnerable time for me and I didn’t feel like I got the support I needed, and some of her advice left me feeling worse. I believe that her approach was not beneficial to my mental health, and I felt my condition declined as a result. In one session, I felt uncomfortable when Sujarda questioned whether the tea I brought to therapy was alcohol and proceeded to discuss the behavior of other clients who were alcoholics. While I understand that therapists have different approaches, I personally believe discussing other clients in this way crossed professional boundaries. It made me question the confidentiality and professionalism of her therapy. Simply asking what was in the flask would have sufficed. Sujarda also discussed topics like physical abuse within couples, which I found unrelated to my situation, as I have never been in a relationship. This strayed from the primary reasons I sought therapy, and I felt these discussions weren’t relevant to my personal experience or therapeutic goals. I was left feeling confused about the direction of the therapy. I was deeply troubled by the notes Sujarda wrote about me, which I felt did not accurately reflect my feelings or experiences. It also seemed that the notes were not written at the time of our sessions but created recently when I requested access to them. They are written in a way that paints me as a bad person, possibly to demonize me and invalidate my grievances. The dates of the notes are incorrect, which also leads me to believe that she has only recently gone back and written them. I felt that my trauma, including workplace harassment that I endured as a teenager, was dismissed and minimized. The way I was portrayed in the notes felt unfair, and I was disappointed that the focus was not on addressing the abuse I experienced. Instead, the notes focused on negative emotions while excluding the context of why I felt that way, my anger was a natural responses to the abuse I endured. Sujarda portrayed these feelings in a way that made me seem emotionally uncontrollable and erratic. She did so by completely removing the context and exaggerated those emotions within the notes. Walking through your doors has been the biggest regret of my 20s, as I would never have gone down the path you led me down. In my view, your suggestions were unethical, not scientifically backed, and did not align with the code of ethics of your professional bodies. I paid for a service, and I believe it is my right to share my experience of my time with you. The consequences of these arguably unethical suggestions ruined the therapeutic process. There is a code of ethics for a reason, and I believe it was violated. Had I been more informed about therapy, I would have switched to another therapist sooner. I asked you in early July last year if you could help me as I was clearly getting worse in your therapy (In my opinion looking back that was due to your therapy) you CHOSE to keep seeing me, all you provided was damaging therapeutic insights such as “OCD doesn’t come and go in a week” when I have suffered from OCD my whole life. You deployed psychologically abusive tactics such as gaslighting, belittling, minimizing my issues, lying to my face, and in my opinion, encouraging harm to myself. You left me with no support in the most mentally vulnerable period of my entire life, I think you enjoyed talking down to me, you seemed so energetic and animated when doing so. Your police claim is inaccurate. The police investigated and dropped your false allegations, so they are not ‘dealing’ with me. You also followed me across two streets to my workplace to send the police there unnecessarily in what I presume was an attempt to intimidate and embarrass me. If you were truly intimidated, you would have provided my contact information which you already had instead of pursuing me in person across two streets to my place of work.
I highly recommend Sujarda, she is extremely professional and always creates a welcoming environment. Sujarda has a wide range of experience and knowledge, and her supportive approach means you always get the most out of every session.
Sujarda is incredibly helpful and gave me lots of very useful and practical advice. Her manner is excellent.
100% amazing! Sujarda has a gift and her Moonology (which I had never even heard of) was spot on. She gave me a plan for the entire year and it is proving to be one of the most helpful and valuable sessions I have ever had. I see her weekly for Reiki and honestly wish I could do it every day! Her energy work is the most powerful I have ever experienced (and I have traveled the world trying many). Don’t hesitate to try any of her offerings. 💆♀️
Sujarda is brilliant at what she does. I don’t often fall asleep in reiki but I do with her! You can feel how strong her abilities are to clear out old energy in comparison to other reikis I have had before. Sujarda has also practiced feather cutting on me which I highly recommend.
such a calming, safe space provided at space to tame. always leave with my head clear. highly reccomend Sujarda
Sujarda creates such a warm and welcoming space at Space to Tame. I felt very comfortable from the beginning, which enabled me to relax and work through emotional and behavioural patterns. Not only have my experiences radically transformed my issues, I have even enjoyed the process with Sujarda’s fun yet focused energy. I’m excited to work more and am so grateful to have found and met Sujarda.
The personalised therapies I received at Space to Tame have proved to be a phenomenal help. For years, I had struggled to get through a difficult period in my life and didn’t know where else to turn. I hadn’t really considered alternative treatments before, but a friend recommended Space to Tame and I’m so glad that I got in touch. Everything that was recommended was completely unique to me and this bespoke approach addressed my own specific issues – and it really worked. Having received combined hypnotherapy and EFT, I’ve managed to make some really positive changes in my life and no longer feel blocked. For me, this has been the helping hand that I needed all along and I would highly recommend their service to anyone.
Sujarda is one of the most professional, kind hearted ladies I know. I always have an amazing session with her. I would urge anyone who is looking reiki or any of her other services to give it a go-you will not be disappointed. I travel 2 hours because I know she is worth it. Thankyou again. See you next time.
