I have been attending online sessions with Dr Bea for about a year and a half. It has been life changing. She is kind, engaging, and is an excellent fit as a therapist for me. Dr Bea's approach considers many different ways of looking at things and really centres around having compassion for yourself. The balance between exploring different or even uncomfortable ways of thinking and then challenging them helped me frame the work that needed doing, and Bea's varied and vast knowledge was there to encourage me to do the work.
Review From the first initial call to meet and understand what support I was looking for, even when I wasn’t entirely sure, Bea was incredible at always maintaining excellent communication and all sessions were easily understandable dissection and full of important conversation. I felt really supported by Bea’s approach, her listening and her guidance. I really feel that my sessions with Bea were important and helped me carefully heal and plan progress in actionable, tangible ways. There were times where I couldn’t really make sense of everything going on in my world, however, Bea was always able to understand and help me find value and meaning from my own reflection, as well as our sessions together. I can’t wait to continue more sessions and develop more ways of bettering my mental and well being from the tailored, structured, honest and real support I received from Bea - thank you!
I have had the pleasure of having Dr Bea as my Psychologist for a few months. I was first introduced to her by my husband who found Dr Bea's website online. He was very happy with her website so he encouraged me to get in touch. I'm so glad I did. From the very first email I sent to make inquiries, Dr Bea has been amazing. In every assessment with her, she has been very welcoming, professional, kind, supportive, direct, listened patiently and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable while drinking a nice cup of tea. :) I'm the type of person that needs dialog, and directness and sometimes I need people to pull me out from the woods so I can see situations for what they are. In our first assessment, I explained this to her and that is exactly what she gave me. she listened to my needs. I can not explain how much Dr Bea's words have made an impression on my life and how they have contributed to changing me and my life for the better. In very tough and stressful times, her words have been an anchor and kept me afloat. It's the only way I know how to explain it. An anchor! Thank you Dr Bea, I will forever be grateful to you!
I cannot recommend Bea enough. She is incredibly supportive and kind, always making space for you to work through things at your own pace. There is a really healthy emphasis on being able to continue applying therapy techniques on your own, so you are not overly reliant on the sessions. One of the best choices I have ever made was to start sessions with Bea; she has helped me enormously.

Dr Bea is a great therapist who has helped me through intense periods of anxiety. Not only has she taught me coping strategies but she also helped me identify the root of the problem which has greatly improved my self awareness and ability to remove myself from situations that trigger anxious episodes. Since talking to Bea, I have noticed unimaginable leaps in self-confidence and my ability to self-regulate my emotions. I will be forever grateful for the support she has provided and would recommend her to anyone who is seeking support for their mental health!
We did couples therapy with Dr Bea and it is one of the best things we did. Couples therapy Is very challenging but we both learnt a lot about ourselves and regularly say ‘ it’s like what Bea said’ when we are discussing things. We have both come a long way and have changed massively as people in a positive way. For me Bea Is different to other professionals I have seen previously. I found her much more helpful and honest and if we return to therapy we wouldnt go to anyone else. We built a fantastic relationship with Dr Bea which helped hugely with our sessions. We felt we could be open and honest with no judgement. Thank you Bea!!
I started online therapy with Dr Bea after a period of intense anxiety and have so far been seeing her for around a year. Firstly I saw great improvements in my anxiety levels and overall mood as Bea helped me break out of my anxiety. Then Bea helped me understand the underlying causes and changes I could make to avoid feeling like this again. Bea has helped me become a more confident, fully actualised person and provided me with all the tools I need to keep improving my life. I would recommend online therapy with Dr Bea to anyone and have already encouraged a close friend to seek her out. I was initially hesitant about conducting therapy online but have found the whole process very smooth. I was able to organise appointments at times that suited me and could then much more easily fit a session into my week. I have never felt like I was missing out on anything by not having in person sessions.
I have been a client of Bea’s for several months & I am receiving trauma-focused CBT treatment due to experiencing significant effects of trauma in adulthood. I’d highly recommend Bea. Bea is smart, kind, challenging and nimble in her approach & this has really helped me to break unhealthy patterns, progress in my recovery & to achieve my goals for the therapy. In case it is helpful to those reading this review, I receive my therapy remotely (online) & the service has been seamless. It has been easy to arrange appointments & easy to conduct them. In my view, having online therapy has been ideal because It has removed stresses related to travel & privacy. I have rated Bea five gold stars & I would truly award more gold stars if I could!
Dr Bea has been the most incredible therapist for me. At the begining she spent time to really understand my needs and diagnosed my post natal anxiety before starting therapy, which I found extremely beneficial as it meant we could focus our sessions in the correct way. Dr Bea is extremely warm and has such a lovely way of analysing and treating me which I have responded well too. She really has saved me and made me look at things in a different way. My whole family can see such an improvement in my mental health which is all down to Dr Bea and the way she has guided me in all aspects. I would really recommend anyone suffering with any mental health issues to speak with her, she's amazing.
