Jilly has been so great at helping me recover from back to back c sections. Her expertise is 10/10 and makes you feel so comfortable and motivated. An absolute must for the post partum self care π
I highly recommend Jilly if youβre expecting a baby. She supported me throughout my pregnancy, teaching me how to prepare my pelvic floor and helping to relieve my pain. Iβve continued my sessions with her for postnatal recovery, and the support has been just as valuable
Jilly is super knowledgeable, helpful and makes you feel super comfortable and at ease. I have seen her after both of my pregnancies and canβt recommend her enough!
Jilly is such a warm and empathetic physiotherapist; I felt supported from the very first session. She set realistic expectations for my recovery, which wasnβt always easy to hear, but was so refreshing and helpful in a world full of confusing and often conflicting postpartum advice. Iβm really happy with the progress we made together, and while scar massage didnβt always make me look forward to our sessions, Iβm incredibly grateful to have had Jilly guide me back to feeling like my healthiest self again. Highly recommend!
I turned to Jilly 17 weeks postpartum and she gave me a lot of detailed advice, support and encouragement in my recovery. Jilly helped me to understand what is normal and achieve-able in post-partum recovery which built my confidence in challenging and responding to the narrative that bladder leakage and a weak pelvic floor is just part of life after being pregnant and giving birth (it's not - recovery is possible!). Jilly's feedback and guidance have helped me greatly.
Jilly helped me immensely after having my baby. Following a very thorough and knowledgeable initial assessment, she created an effective but manageable plan of exercises to help me regain core strength. Working with her has greatly improved some ongoing back pain, to the point that it no longer hinders my day-to-day. I also now feel confident about continuing at the gym by myself. I couldnβt recommend Jilly highly enough.
Jilly provided me with excellent tailored advice and guidance, which helped me get back to training in the sports I love after having a baby. She helped me remain positive thanks to both her encouragement at each appointment and through the exercise programme she created as I could see the results that, after just a few months, let me return to high intensity exercise with confidence.
Jilly was an incredible support to me during my post partum recovery. From a professional point of view, as a pre and post natal PT, I wouldnβt hesitate to recommend Jilly to my clients.
Jilly has guided and supported me through my postpartum recovery and she was fantastic. She is kind, professional and listened to my concerns. Jilly tailored a plan based on what I wanted to achieve and her knowledge and expertise was invaluable to my recovery. I would 100% recommend!
Jilly shares her fantastic knowledge in an easy to digest and kind manner. I found my post partum sessions with her hugely helpful to ensure I could exercise with confidence and heal well after birth. I would recommend her to any new mother.
