With school anxiety becoming an issue, i reached out for some help with my son and Dylan was exactly what we needed. He gently talked us through different strategies and helped my son learn skills to manage, control and largely overcome his anxiety around school tests and academic performance. The therapy was structured and sensitive and ultimately very practical. Dylan is a Credit to Harper. I can’t recommend him enough.
I first came here when I started university and they were incredibly kind and welcoming. I then moved abroad for a year and stopped therapy for a while but they said I was always welcome back if I needed. When I asked to come back they were so accommodating. Emma has been incredible and I have especially appreciated her flexibility when I moved home and we continued online. I have felt so heard and I‘ve found all the therapy tools and guidance really useful. I also found the atmosphere of the building really peaceful and the rooms are so cosy and inviting.
All the therapists are lovely and have been supporting me since 2021, but Ashleigh in particular has helped me so much over the years. She has always been kind, supportive and understanding and I’m really grateful for everything she’s done. I would highly recommend Ashleigh and the team.
Couldn't recommend Sara enough! She made me feel so comfortable, heard and understood. She is so patient and kind. Her room is lovely and so welcoming. I cant put into words how much Sara helped me! A really great experience for me!
After an assault that left me with a traumatic brain injury, severe anxiety, and a loss of self‑worth, Harper Psychology was recommended to me. The support I’ve received has been truly life‑changing. They helped me understand what I’m experiencing and, importantly, rebuild confidence and belief in myself. I’ve always felt listened to, supported, and never judged. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Absolutely brilliant place. Emma made me feel comfortable and welcome instantly, and at every appointment thereafter. Her knowledge, experience and kindness has been life changing in the most positive way possible. A younger member of my family also met with Emma and had a similarly excellent experience. Thank you for everything!
I would recommend Harper Clinical Psychology highly. The support I have been given here has been focused, practical and really useful to help me to navigate life's trickier aspects. Thank you Alison and team - you have helped me hugely!
I cannot recommend Dr Harper and Harper Psychology enough. Dr Harper is clearly an exceptionally qualified and highly specialised therapist who demonstrates unwavering commitment to her clients’ wellbeing. From my very first interaction with her (when I sought a professional report) I was struck by her genuine care, professionalism, and dedication. She took the time to understand my needs thoroughly and went above and beyond to ensure I felt supported throughout the entire process. It is clear that Dr Harper is truly passionate about helping her clients. Following this initial experience, I began seeing a therapist within the clinic. Karyn, in particular, has been outstanding - highly skilled, empathetic, and deeply committed to providing exceptional support. I am extremely grateful for the care I have received and I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr Harper and her team to anyone seeking expert psychological support.
Alison is helpful.
Limited output and interest outwith her scope, one trick pony would be harsh, but if you're looking for broad indepth analysis then.. I had to go elsewhere. Seems mostly focused on helping prevent wealthy housewives from popping the existential bubble. But hey whadda I know. Some good advice to be found
