Had sessions with Bhavikkumar Jadav for really bad tendinitis in my arm - he was excellent. Highly recommend him.

The therapists are good. However, they asked me to pay for the follow up even though nobody told me, and they sent an email saying that they will sue me for it. Their customer service is unprofessional. RUN As an update, here is your customer support response after I contacted them: Your first appointment and second appointment are separate sessions and are both chargeable. I don’t know who advised you the first payment was for two sessions, but this was incorrect. Each session with our therapists are chargeable. Please make payment asap and notify us once done. ————-

I have completed a 12 week course with Pat to cure my pulled hamstring - Pat has been absolutely fantastic, he’s knowledgeable, understanding and all the exercises were introduced at the right times considering my level of pain. Thanks to him I’m now almost back to my pre-injury workout routine and full range of movement.

Physio Pat was excellent. I had real problems and pain with my shoulder. After a course of exercises and coaching with Pat, both pain and range of movement have massively improved. Thanks Pat and Ascenti

I started treatment with Pat via the Ascenti app for a Rotator Cuff injury. Everything has been done virtually due to COVID but I would have no hesitation in doing physio virtually again in the future. Service has been excellent, the plan was easy to follow and Pat has been great and very supportive throughout. I would highly recommend the physio. Thanks again

Remote physio sessions online with Pat worked brilliantly to help me through an overuse injury from running. Just as good as being in clinic but from the comfort of your own home. Pat is personable, helpful, understands and is available to fit in with work. I'll be back for more online physio if I get injured again. Thank you so much for getting me back on track.

Really great service. I've just finished a series of online consultations with Pat for lower back pain. He was extremely professional and thorough and has basically fixed me! Would definitely recommend.

I've been seeing Pat Simpson for about 5 years now. It was initially for minor injuries following an RTA. I now see him regularly to keep neck/shoulder aches and pains at bay (caused by office-based lifestyle & driving!) and really because his massages are way better than anything I've ever had before...his hands are magical! :-) I recommended him to my mother for a back injury she had and he "cured" (her words!) her in just a few treatments. He is very professional yet friendly, approachable and he also has great banter! Thanks Pat and see you next month!
