Arrived at 3:15 for a 3:30 appointment Waited until 3:45 before they were ready for me. Was made to sit in the upstairs cafe. The person running the cafe is the owners son. Cafe staff going up and down into the massage area. Not hygienic. Wasn't seen until 4pn. Room was on the cool side. Table was comfortable. Music was on a loop for ² hours. Lots of voices outside. Someone came in while I was being massaged Massage was very thorough. Lots of elbows and thumb pressure. Massage strokes were too fast. I told Paula to slow down. Lots of pummeling. Little bit of stretching. Very generous with the warm baby oil. Masseur was unawares that baby oil is mineral based. Not a fan of baby oil. Very good massage but not relaxing. She left a bruise my left bicep. When I got out there was an open container of food on a chair. No water offered as complimentary Had to pay at the café counter. Their card payment system was off line had to do a bank transfer. Paid £98 for 2 hours. Bit chaotic. 4 stars for the price and quality of massage. Not a relaxing or authentic Thai experience
I had the best massage today. Kim was absolutely fantastic at locating my sore spots and working her magic. 90 minutes later I felt like a new person. Kim is a friendly, courteous and gifted masseuse and I will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended.
I had 30 min back ,neck n shoulder massage ,was amazing 🤩 Kim is just lovely. Upstairs there is a Thai restaurant. Yummy food .
