I had an appointment booked for 5pm, showed up on time, and was told they “forgot to write it down Mistakes happen, but this felt more like a lack of basic organisation and respect for clients’ time. just a shrug and an apology. If you’re someone who plans your day around appointments, you might want to think twice before booking here.

I had a really good massage from Lec in the Crown Street salon. She is very expert and professional and I felt refreshed and rejuvenated afterwards. It was a very enjoyable experience.
