The staff are very friendly and a joyous stress relief from the service
Simply brilliant
Amazing deep tissue massages which always help me relax after a tough day at work!
As I finished up my PhD I suffered a trapped nerve in my shoulder. It knocked me right off my schedule. I couldn't type because of the limited movement. I couldn't concentrate because of the pain. I had the help of my GP and a physio, but I also called on Kevin Stewart and Helping Hands and it made a massive difference. Over the course of three visits, my movement returned and my pain reduced. He gave me great advice for how to keep the healing going at home, on my own. The service was professional. It was excellent value. Based on my experience, I can endorse this company in the strongest possible terms.
