Sara is brilliant and works magic with her Himalayan Bowl bodywork. I honestly didn’t know what to expect going in, but I left feeling so relaxed and clear-headed. The warmth and vibrations from the bowls was extremely restorative. I always had an underlying sense of jitteriness from anxiety that dissipated during my session. The entire experience was beautiful, calming, and powerful. I cannot recommend getting a sound healing enough - it is definitely worth trying even if you’re new to sound healing! Sara is able to make you feel so comfortable in group settings or 1:1.
An experience with Sara is one simply should not pass if the opportunity arises. Sara uses her intuition to guide her sound baths and it’s received so well in everyone’s own unique way. She creates a space for you to truly rest and heal. I have been to two sound baths now with Sara and each one has been a completely different connection to myself. It’s because of Sara’s authentic gifts that she can help empower you to heal the part of yourself that needs care in that very moment.
I needed some r&r post-pregnancy and having a baby in the NICU - and this experience with Sara was, indeed, healing. It was such a gift — a blissful reset, it returned me to my body and provided sweetness, space, ease, and expansiveness for me to relax into. Sara is gentle and calm, with a glint in her eye, and so talented. Grateful
Sara cultivates a safe space for both 1:1 and group sound healing sessions that have allowed me to truly sink in and allow whatever is moving inside to be fully expressed. Her intention and integrity with her practice are the catalysts to this feeling of safety and I am so grateful to be able to access this experience. Being a highly sensitive person, therapies can often feel triggering, but this sound practice with Sara has proven to be both restful and eye opening.
Sara is a wonderfully gifted sound healer. I've had the pleasure of doing multiple 1:1 sessions with her, and have also attended many sessions she's lead for groups. Not only is she masterful with her instruments (including her beautiful voice!), she brings an energy of compassion into these sessions. She is deeply intuitive, and very attuned to the energy and needs of each person who's present in the circle. I have also received sound healing from her wherein she plays the bowls directly on the energy centers of body...unreal! I can't recommend her services enough. Definitely my favorite sound healer.
Experiencing Sara's soundbath was like a balm and booster shot all in one. While only about an hour-long, the experience felt like resting for an entire weekend while listening to a symphony inspired by the natural world. I highly recommend that you join one of her baths if you get the opportunity to do so.
Sara is a gifted healer, artist and community builder. I've attended a few of Undercurrent's Sound Baths at various locations in Philadelphia and I left feeling recharged and balanced in a way I didn't even realize I needed. Treat yourself, you will not be disappointed!
Sara is truly gifted. I had never had a sound bath session before and was truly transported to a different dimension. Her using her voice to start and close sessions was magical and set the tone. A true healer. I highly highly recommend.
