The clinicians I’ve collaborated with here are professional, empathetic, and knowledgeable in supporting their clients. Their clinicians are available from several states which makes them very accessible! Would recommend

I worked with Fiona to gain self-confidence and improved self-image, and she was knowledgeable on psychoeducation to assist me.
I love The Therapy Group. I started with a new therapist here over Covid shut down and I couldn’t be happier with them. I also take time off from therapy every so often and come back when I feel I need it and I never feel pressured or like I disappointed somebody. Can’t recommend them enough…. Or therapy in general. Get therapy… if you think you don’t need therapy…. other people are in therapy because you aren’t! Hope this helps. 🤸🏻
I’ve been to quite a few different therapists in the past several years, and working with my therapist at The Therapy Group as been by far the best experience I’ve had. I truly feel heard and I feel confident in the tools I’ve acquired since working with her. I highly recommend The Therapy Group.
I was struggling with anxiety, depression, and sense of feeling overwhelmed and The Therapy Group was the easiest path to feeling better. I was intro'd to a therapist so fast and it was the perfect fit. The experience was easy, fast, and effective. Can't say enough great things about this group.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with The Therapy Group, and I would not recommend them to anyone seeking genuine mental health support. I was scheduled for a brief consultation with one of their clinicians, Vlada Rultenberg. From the very start, she was cold, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in helping. She tried to rush me off the phone within minutes, offered little to no information about how the therapy process would work, and flat-out refused to answer basic questions. The consultation became so awkward and unprofessional that we sat in silence at one point—she simply shut down the conversation. When I said I would like to meet other therapists, she told me she would pass that along. Instead, she apparently reported back to the practice in a way that caused them to entirely reject me as a client, not even offering a match with any of their many other clinicians. I received a cold, generic email from Nikki at The Therapy Group, saying the entire practice was “not the best match” for me—despite never speaking to anyone else there. This whole experience was disheartening, unprofessional, and frankly damaging. If you’re serious about finding compassionate, responsive care, I highly suggest you look elsewhere. The Therapy Group presents itself as a supportive network, but in reality, their intake process is poorly managed, and their communication is opaque and dismissive. Not the kind of place anyone in a vulnerable state should have to deal with.
The therapists and staff at The Therapy Group are incredibly thorough, caring and down to earth. I have collaborated professionally with a number of the clinicians and I recommend this practice to many of my own clients who are seeking therapeutic support. Additionally, I have worked personally with one of the therapists in this practice and felt my therapist was extremely knowledgeable, experienced, empathetic and flexible in my scheduling needs. 10/10 recommend.
