The Better You Institute is the best!! From their thoughtful office space that makes you immediate feel comfortable to their informative and kind staff. Lucky to be involved with them and would highly recommend!
Been receiving therapy here for almost 3 months. My therapist Claire has legit helped me change my life for the better and I can say she has helped save my life. Eternally grateful for the help I receive during my sessions. I think she needs a raise, honestly but that’s just me
I have had the pleasure of knowing Nitasha since my internship. She is an empathetic, thoughtful, and experienced therapist. Between her team and herself, The Better You Institute is my go-to place of referrals for sex therapy and relationships, especially being in the heart of Philadelphia!
I have had the pleasure of working with multiple members of TBYI over the years with different clients and case consultations. I can attest that their therapists' abilities to work to understand and heal the root causes of problems in an empowering way. Anyone who reaches out to work with them is in good hands!
Nitasha is Amazing! She is able to challenge you while being compassionate and nurturing at the same time. Growth can truly happen when in a space with her.
Willena is amazing. She truly cares when she is working with you. She is very passionate and actively listens to you when she is working with you. She does not interrupt you while you are speaking she actually allows you to gather your thoughts when you are speaking with her. She is loving and caring. Willena is always able to find a positive in a negative situation. She definitely will challenge you and get you out of your comfort zone. Her love for families and children is remarkable. She is a great therapist!!!

We never meet but god has a purpose for everyone and i strongly believe that you are at where you need to be!please dont ever stop working for the people we all need someone to talk to....
Such a sweet lady!! always perfecting her craft!
I recommend Nitasha to anyone seeking therapy. I've known her for 10+ years. She truly cares about the work she is doing and the clients she sees.
I can't say enough good things about Nitasha. I saw her for weekly sessions over an almost year-long period. She is a top notch therapist, the kind you can't really put a price on because their work is truly priceless. She listens, remembers, guides conversations but never makes you feel "small". She quickly forms incredible insights that can help unlock the key to issues you didn't even realize you were struggling with. I looked forward to each session and felt that each one was worth both the cost and the time--I always left feeling she had helped me progress. I still refer back to her recommendations and tools for dealing with certain situations all the time, and I simply can't stress enough the monumental changes she helped create in my life. I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to work with her--best choice I ever made was to pick up the phone and make that first call!
