Even though Sylvie and I ended therapy almost a year ago, I still hear her voice in my head--helpful, wise, funny, and frank. We worked together for 5 years and she was instrumental to my growth as a person. Her extensive training in IFS helped me cut through the noise and get to the core of my trauma. She's also extremely wise, knowledgeable about love/relationships/sex, and unafraid to give me a gentle reality check when I needed one (always with a healthy dose of humor and empathy). If you never vibed with those therapists that sit there silently and nod and are curious about seeing a someone who is actively engaged, willing to challenge you, provide insight, AND help you heal your trauma, she's the one!
Sylvie was incredibly helpful during my therapy journey. She listened and helped me realize what needs were not being met in my life. She is kind and firm when it comes to setting boundaries. She moves at whatever pace you’re comfortable with.
