I could not recommend working with Karina more. Before my time with her I was filled with a lot of anxiety and her mindset rewiring program helped me conquer negative thoughts astronomically. Not only did she help me manage anxiety, but she helped me identify ways that I could improve my life in areas that I didn't know needed improvement. Karina is an incredible listener and is the human embodiment of peace and presence. She has so much wisdom to share, as I learned so much about my own spirituality during my time with her. My sessions with her were fun, interesting, and thought provoking. They always felt like they went by so quickly. I am left feeling more prepared for the challenges that come ahead and more hopeful for the for the life that I have left to live.

My first session with Karina exceeded my expectations. I came in a bit nervous and unsure as to what to expect for our Reiki, breathwork and South Bath session. I was carrying a lot of emotional heaviness and I felt safe to share with Karina so that she could really understand my intentions and what I needed. I am grateful for the space she created for me to feel seen and heard.

After years of allowing my body to hold onto sadness, anger and anxiety I feel like a weight was lifted off of me after my session with Karina. This was my first Reiki session and Karina gave me a comfortable safe space to be vulnerable and open to the new experience. My session also included a follow up reading which provided me with a lot to reflect on and Karina was kind enough to take notes that were forwarded to me so that during my reading I could focus and relax, I will be keeping in contact and this will not be my last session.

My first experience with Strategic Soul was in a group workshop setting for reiki and sound bowls. It was extremely powerful experience I felt peace, connection, and a deep relaxation in my body through out the experience. Karina provides thoughtful education about the experience and is a very inviting and open intuitive. After the group experience I decided to book an individual session. I have had reiki before, but from start to finish Karina personalized the experience. There was such thoughtfulness put into what intentions we’d bring into the sessions, debriefing about what came up, and then actionable steps to intergrate the experience and use it to improve my life. I use to leave reiki experiences feeling shifts in my physical body or mind but not knowing how to engage them and use it to my benefit. The tools used and provided make this experience invaluable. Karinas space in itself is very clean, beautiful and healing. Overall an A+++ experience and already have recommended to friends!

Karina is absolutely wonderful! Her sound healing, reiki and breath work session today was everything my heart and soul needed!
