My experience has been awesome so far. It's great to find a therapist with a similar background to mine. The practice's website is easy to use as well. Strongly recommend!

My mom and I came to Space to Reflect for family counseling after decades of a strained relationship. We were both skeptical that this was going to repair the deep trauma and hurt we had both experienced in our lives. I'm happy to say, it worked. We were able to work out the root of our conflict, and have developed tools to address issues moving forward. It wasn't easy. We had homework and tears and hurt feelings, but the practice helped us get through it productively and I can say my relationship with my mom has never been better.

I've been working with Aparna for about five years, and her therapeutic approach has helped me to discover deeply rooted beliefs to work through and grow from. Aparna works to explore various topics in a relational way.
