My therapist, Annmarie Collins, is fantastic. She has helped me overcome many personal issues. When I wanted to utilize a new approach, she was very receptive and took the time to develop a new plan of treatment (due to a new issue that came up) which was extremely helpful. Her strategies have helped me improve my quality of life and my relationships with those I love.
My therapist uses up to date approaches for addressing various topics of mental health , including EMDR and Internal Family Systems. I am so happy I found a great fit with my therapist here.
Been seeing Julie Y for a number of months and truly have felt such a shift in my mental wellbeing. She has the perfect balance of being gentle and empathetic while still breaking down walls to help me reflect on my own thought patterns/improve anxiety. Thank you x 1000 Julie!
More harm than help

South Philly EMDR and Psychotherapy has a great team of therapists that care so much. And they have a cute office space that’s welcoming and comfortable.
Great location, was able to start therapy really quick after inquiring about services and my therapist has been super helpful
Therapists here are young and inexperienced and out of their depth.
