I’ve been seeing Ilyssa for about 2 years now and she is fabulous. I had never been to a psychiatrist before and this has made me wish that I started way earlier. The office is lovely and the staff is always kind. If I need a refill or have concerns/requests the team and Ilyssa are very quick to respond and see me if needed. I have recommended her to friends and they also only had good things to say. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a psychiatric care.

I could not be more impressed by the way these lovely folks over at Shamrock Medicine truly take the time to genuinely provide you with such a highly-personalized experience, where they make you feel right at home the moment you step foot into their space, one that is surrounded by inviting aromas, positive vibes and an almost zen-like tranquility. Aside from being a hidden little gem in the heart of Washington Square West, what truly makes Shamrock stand out as a clinical practice group is their exceptional quality and level of service-excellence towards their patients, where I was actually taken back by the fact that my Nurse Practitioner, Ilyssa, had actually taken the time to read through my intake forms prior to our initial in-person. She wasted very little time with trying to make sense of everything that was going on in my life. Instead, she was much more eager to start the process of implementing treatment options that would only help improve my quality of life. They never requested to see any copies of my health and medical records. They didn’t subject me to take any additional neurocognitive tests. More importantly, they didn’t simply write me off as a patient just because they didn’t want to have to deal with some of the administrative aspects of dealing with drug prior authorization, appealing drug denial coverage claims and scheduling required in-patient follow-up visits. And for that, I am just so truly grateful to have found Shamrock Medicine and their amazing team!

Salema Davis was friendly, but was not very knowledgeable about common skin conditions. She had to look up both medications I was on twice. I followed her guidance, but the issues I had persisted, so a month later I ended up seeking a second opinion. I was correctly diagnosed by an NP at a different practice and both reactions I was having resolved within 2 days. It’s also worth noting that this practice collects quite a lot of info from new patients if privacy is important to you. And they manage all appointments through an annoying automated texting system, so be prepared for that.

You walk in the door and are met with a cozy waiting room and you feel like you are the center of attention in that moment, whether it's a simple wellness visit or a sick visit. Jenny Pak is such a wonderful person who deeply listens, cares, and offers helpful advice. She goes over everything you need to know about the visit and your health and actually makes you feel seen. We are very lucky here in Philadelphia to have Shamrock Medicine!

Dr. Kelley is my primary care provider now and I have been pleased with how responsive he’s been to either routine physicals or specified injuries. He’s attentive to my concerns and has been helpful with referrals to other specialists. I recently switched my psychiatric care to Olivia Mouras, PMHNP-BC. On my first appointment, she identified a condition that had been missed by my previous psychiatrists. As a result my quality of life has noticeably improved. I highly recommend both of them.

Jenny Pak has been amazing. I have never been to a doctor who has been so kind, thorough, and genuinely willing to help. She answers every question I have thoughtfully and with genuine care. She takes her time to make sure I leave with clarity about any and all of my concerns. I am new to the area, and I am lucky to have already found a doctor I can trust.

I love my doctor Jenny Pak! She is everything that I was looking for. She is knowledgeable, funny, listens to your concerns, doesn’t pressure you into anything that you don’t want. Truly the best and highly recommend! Appointments are easy to schedule, flexible, and they have telehealth option.

I regularly see Jenny Pak as my primary NP and I now see Olivia Mouras for psychiatry and the both of them have helped me so much in a very difficult time in my life. I cannot say enough about their amazing dedication to their patients and they truly care. They are both extremely knowledgeable and really take the time to listen to your every concern. 10/10
