I cannot recommend this office. We scheduled an appointment for my son and had to wait two months for the date. When the day finally arrived, my son joined the virtual session via their link, but no one ever showed up. To make matters worse, he then received a call from the office stating they would have to reschedule him for yet another month out. There is zero professionalism here. For a practice that charges such exorbitant rates, providing such pathetic service is unbelievable. They seem to have no regard for the serious problems patients are facing, treating mental health needs with a completely casual and dismissive approach. This has been a total waste of time.

All of these poor reviews are accurate. I had an awful experience with Dr. Pagnani, rushing appointments and not listening to me, collecting my money. Rates were also extremely high for 20 minute zoom calls. Very bad experience all around. I wrote this review about a year ago that must have been taken down.

I want to recommend Sydney Harrison to anyone seeking a kind, compassionate psychiatric nurse practitioner. She is honest, thorough and does not push medication.

When I asked about insurance, Mark (who handles booking?) merely rudely replied that payment is due when the visit is. I clarified that I understood that, but wanted to validate my insurance before scheduling, and Mark never responded. Put a very sour taste in my mouth and was disappointed, since they came recommended. Don’t ask about insurance if you’re interested in getting treatment here.

I got the name of an Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner from Psychology Today. Said she specializes in tapering patients from difficult drugs, such as benzodiazapines. She's with Rittenhouse. I called to schedule an appointment with her. Her initial fee is pretty high and follow up more than advertised. When I mentioned seeing her specifically, I was told there was ONLY an MD that does tapering and his fees were vastly higher than hers, although the APN is on staff. DECEPTIVE!!!! Not to be trusted.

Elizabeth Wray is top notch. I moved from out state and provider changes are never easy for me...but talking to Elizabeth for the first time was like talking to an old friend. She explained A LOT to me and I am so grateful. I am excited to start anew in Philadelphia!

I made a new patient appointment a month in advance over the phone to see a provider that was highly recommended. I received a confirmation email with the date and time. The day of the appointment I called to ask for a link but they had never actually scheduled me. I spoke with three different people at the office but they were not able to offer another day/time that would work for me in the next two months.

Have been a patient of Dr. Pagnanni since 2013. Still a patient with Rittenhouse Psychiatric Associates/Dr. Pagnanni. Simply the best investment I have ever gotten for myself. Special shout out to Amy!

I’m someone seeking a psychiatrist who can assess me through sessions and confirm my diagnoses in order to help me with the discriminatory practices currently in place in my workplace. It is so hard to find a psychiatrist who is even taking new patients. I’m exhausted from calling every number I can find to locate a doctor who can help me. So to finally get through on a number and hear that they are taking new patients, but then be turned away due to my indicating I need help with reasonable accommodations at work is extremely demoralizing. What do you think people with mental health disorders need help with? Do you think it doesn’t impact our work, or livelihood, or lives? Do better.

Dr.Cara Gouldey has been a wonderful psychiatrist to work with. She is not only extremely knowledgeable but also very compassionate. She is understanding of my financial situation and does her best to accommodate my needs without compromising the quality of care. Her thoughtful, non-judgmental approach has made it easier for me to open up and make progress. I truly appreciate her support and commitment to my well-being.
