My consultation with Dr. Hina was very helpful. She helped hone in on what type of pain I probably have and my next steps. I feel like I can see the light at the end of the tunnel of this multi-year pelvic pain.
Rebalance is a great therapy space to recover from an injury! I appreciate the 1:1 attention that you don’t get with insurance based PTs, and being able to connect with my therapist to ensure i’m getting the best care possible. Definitely the right move for my healing journey :)
Danielle has been fantastic! I started coming here for neck and shoulder pain and the quality of care has been fantastic and very holistic. I would definitely recommend this place.
Hina Sheth and Rebalance Therapy are passionate and hyper-knowledgeable about bringing relief to pelvic floor issues for men and women alike. I've spent years trying to figure out my issues with no luck from MDs until I ran into Hina's YouTube, "Pain with sex...". Over 1 hour on Zoom, Hina gave me a strategy and a list of therapists in my state. If the locals don't work, however, she's always available in Pennslyvania. I feel I'm on my way to relief. Thank you!!!
Finally!! Somebody that is educated, kind, and patient. I have been suffering for so long and she was able to tell me what is wrong with me in one hour. Doctor after doctor could not tell me what was going on. But she laid it out for me in such an easy and understanding way. I cannot express the amount of relief I have knowing that I’m not the only one. Knowing that there is a solution. Knowing how the muscles in my body work. Hina you have been one of the biggest blessings of my life. Finally somebody that understands and that can relate. Not to mention, somebody that is not trying to shove drugs down my throat. But simply trying to heal my body in a natural honest way. God bless you.
I recently had a virtual call with Hina Sheth, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the moment our conversation began, Hina was professional, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She listened carefully to my concerns, offered insightful advice, and provided clear, actionable steps that I could immediately implement. Her communication was concise yet thorough, and she took the time to ensure I understood everything discussed. What stood out the most was Hina's ability to create a comfortable and welcoming environment, making it easy to ask questions and engage in a productive dialogue. I felt like I was receiving personalized guidance tailored specifically to my needs, which made the entire experience even more valuable. Overall, I highly recommend Hina for anyone seeking expert advice or guidance. The virtual call was seamless, and her expertise made a significant impact. I’m looking forward to connecting with her again in the future!
I had a tele initial consultation with Hina, and I can assure you that it was completely worth it. Hina explained the intricacies in detail with the science behind the issue. The empathy that she had and the way she listens to all of your problems is gonna make you feel better. And she was to the point and gave plenty of tips and tricks to manage pain. I gladly recommend anyone to have an initial consultation even if you’re outside USA. Wishing everyone who reads this a wholesome healing! God bless!
The online consult was great! Hina listened to me and everything that I've been through, analyzed it, and suggested the next best steps. She gave me much more confidence in my journey going forward!
Dr. Sheth was phenomenal. I did the 60-minute virtual call for PT questions and was so relieved and satisfied by our discussion. I felt heard and seen and Dr. Sheth knows her stuff, yet she was so approachable and understanding. Women’s health does not get enough attention and when you find doctors that make you feel like there’s hope and light and sunshine at the end of the journey, you know you’ve found the right care and that is not something I will ever take for granted again and Dr. Sheth fits the bill beautifully! Thank you!
I recently enjoyed a consultation with Hina regarding health issues surrounding my back, hips and pelvic floor. I appreciated her patient listening and her clearly stated and informative explanations. She was very personable. This consult helped me think through the next steps and look forward to further help from Rebalance PT.
