Dr. Jones is compassionate, bright, and deeply engaged with me as a patient. What a joy it is to work with her! I trust her more than any other doctor I’ve ever seen, and I so admire what she is building with this practice. Pro: The website makes it very easy to schedule an appointment or request a refill. Pro: they are VERY reasonably priced compared to other out of network providers, and they are focused on maintaining affordability. In the 4 years I’ve been her patient, she hasn’t raised her rates. Plus they do payment plans. Pro: they offer telehealth Pro: an undiscovered gem that is currently accepting new patients.
This is my second attempt to schedule with someone at this facility. This go around I tried with Noel, my appointment was rescheduled twice before I even had one session. As a person seeking help, this was extremely disheartening. I will be seeking help elsewhere
I have never been a patient here. Seemed great at first glance then I looked at the insurance. Smh.....🙄 To all who see this make sure u are prepared to pay out of pocket for EVERYTHING. They are out of network with all insurance. I work with medical billling. So disheartening to see this kind of thing. This is why so many people who deal with mental health issues don't get the help they need or die trying.
Dr. Tracey Jones is the most incredible, compassionate and understanding Doctor I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Anyone would be grateful to have her as a Doctor.
I was a patient for almost 10 years. She was always thoughtful, calm, and supportive. About a year ago she began predatory business practices that resulted in her dropping me from care with one weeks notice in the middle of the pandemic. I still haven’t found a new psychiatrist and Im forever traumatized by how her and her staff made me feel.
Dr. Jones is attentive in her ability to connect how a patient’s cognitive predisposition relates to ongoing circumstances. She has provided thorough feedback and helped me identify positive coping strategies for my respective goals. Her office staff is also warm and welcoming.
Dr. J is the absolute best!! I saw her through a treatment center and everyone adores her -- client and staff alike. She gives you her full attention and makes you feel heard and genuinely cared for. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would!!
Wonderful and caring physician. Highly recommend.
She's the best! She can't stand it when you forget your appointment, but that makes total sense. She's GREAT!
She is a Fabulous psychiatrist. Thoughtful, supportive, insightful and very professional. I refer many of my patients to her.
