I had an excellent experience with the amazing TMS staff at Nurowav Center City. Huge thank you to Ashleigh and Adrian for making this process an easy one and for being incredibly supportive along the way. I always felt comfortable during my sessions, and they were always there to support me. I am truly grateful for their care and highly recommend this team/facility to anyone considering this option.
I've really appreciated Nurowav helping me through my treatment journey. Shoutout to Mia, who has made the insurance coverage process so smooth, and Ashleigh for being so kind!
The doctor seemed rushed and uninterested in my concerns. I felt dismissed and not taken seriously. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience. I hope they work on improving their communication and patient care.
The staff there are very nice and helpful!
