I've been working with Marni for awhile now and she has been a massive support in my eating disorder recovery. She is attentive, compassionate, educated and knows when to push/challenge.
I worked with Hannah for 9 months in 2025, and she was incredibly helpful, and so kind. We talked through various tools to work through ED urges, to offer self-compassion, and to understand better what's going on in my head with my ED. Through our time together, she always let me go at my own pace - when one technique felt overwhelming, we would seamlessly pivot to something that worked better. I find often in my head now, the voice of reason or self-compassion sounds like Hannah's voice! It was a joy to work with her, and I'd recommend her to everyone.
I’ve collaborated with Hannah and her team on multiple cases and have seen firsthand how knowledgeable, compassionate, authentic and dedicated they all. Their commitment to clients is unwavering and they truly want to see their clients create meaningful change. I trust them fully in working with clients who need support with disordered eating, body image concerns or an eating disorder. They are truly the best!!
Hannah has curated the most welcoming and supportive team of talented dietitians at Mind Belly Soul. I cannot say enough good things about this talented practice. Everyone in this practice shows up with such a beautiful balance of kindness, warmth, knowledge, and passion. Seeking this kind of support can be intimidating and Hannah and her team meet you where you are regardless of where in your journey you are.
I am a therapist that that specializes in eating disorders among other things. Having made the connections with the Mind Belly Soul practice and clinicians has been so incredibly resourceful and reassuring for me. It truly takes a village to help an individual through an ED and it feels so incredibly comforting having this resource in my back pocket when I start to help a new client build their treatment team. I have also referred clients that just want to understand nutrition and build a better nutritional education for themselves. Mind Belly Soul are well rounded, well educated CLINICAL providers that have so much to offer.
This HAES aligned and anti-diet focused team is the best! Working with any of these wonderful dietitians would be the best choice you could make for your eating disorder recovery!
Hannah and her team are professional, sensitive, and collaborative — my go-to referral for folks looking to heal their relationships with food and body!
My experience with this practice was genuinely awful. Scheduling was all over the place — appointments moved around constantly, and it was unclear half the time when I was supposed to meet. Then I received an email explicitly saying we could not meet until I added a card on file. I never added one, so I reasonably assumed the session was canceled. Instead, I was hit with a $150 “no-show” charge for an appointment that never happened and, based on their own message, shouldn’t have happened. When I questioned it, I was told the fee couldn’t be waived, despite the fact that their communication directly caused the misunderstanding. This felt unprofessional, unethical, and completely dismissive of the client’s perspective. I cannot recommend this practice to anyone. There are plenty of dietitians who communicate clearly and don’t treat clients this way.
Hannah brings incredible insight into eating disorders, especially binge eating, and approaches her work with warmth and understanding. She takes a contextual, nonjudgmental approach that truly supports healing. I can’t recommend Mind Belly Soul enough.
Hannah has taught me so much about the importance of listening to my body and respecting its needs. She’s also helped me take new perspective on the harmful diet culture messages and language that are so engrained in our culture you don’t even notice! I feel so much less anxiety around food and I feel like my relationship with my body (and movement!) has gotten so much healthier from her wisdom! Thank you Hannah!
