Meredith Munro is an exceptional clinician. I deeply appreciate her ability to hold space and effectively teach EMDR techniques virtually. While there are pros and cons to both in-person and virtual formats, her structured approach provides incredibly valuable tools. For anyone considering virtual EMDR, I would highly recommend ensuring you have a strong support structure or a close circle around you. She is a dedicated professional, and I highly respect her approach to care.
I wish that everyone could learn DBT from Meredith!!! She creates an inclusive and comforting space even though it's sometime just very difficult and uncomfortable to exist as a conscious being in this world. Meredith is an excellent teacher and therapist and has a calm, soothing and supportive energy, plus her precious kitty cats sometimes make an appearance in the background which always makes my day. I am so grateful that Meredith was recommended to me, my quality of life has improved so much over the years since I have been in DBT skills group and therapy, definitely in large part thanks to what I have learned from Meredith and my fellow DBT group participants! So truly I am sending many thanks from my heart and big 5 stars recommendation for anyone else trying to decide
An amazing listener, so thoughtful, and extremely knowledgeable in her field. Would recommend to anyone!
Meredith is extremely friendly and helpful. She does not take sides of me or my wife. She cares about joining us together!
Worth the trip from Delco into the city. Very compassionate.
Kind, great listener, knowledgeable about different therapeutic practices, and empathetic.
Knowledgeable, empathetic, and kind. A wonderful therapist.
Extremely driven, full of compassion and empathy, smart, strong voice and full of valuable input. I would recommend Meredith Munro to anyone especially those looking for marriage or family therapy. There is no better option in Philadelphia PA. Thank you for reading my review of this therapist. I hope it is helpful to someone.
Professional, very nice and helpful
Extremely apathetic, no compassion, no empathy, low intelligence, too quiet, very low input. I would NOT recommend Meredith Munro to anyone especially NOT those looking for marriage or family therapy. There are hundreds of better options in Philadelphia PA. Thank you for reading my negative review of this therapist. I hope it is helpful to someone.
