It was great!!
The receptionist was accommodating and considerate. Very pleasant and her customer service was great. My Counselor was amazing, patient, and provided a calming environment. I'm looking forward to continuing my healing process with her.
I never rate places online but I think this one deserves a 5 star!!! Not only did Lifestance Health connect me to a therapist in a very timely fashion when I needed it most AND continues to make weekly virtual appointments/billing convenient and effective, but also, the long-term therapist I was paired with is the one I'd be looking for, for YEARS. In the last 7 months of weekly therapy, Meghan has been the catalyst of my growth and healing as an individual in my own world, in my relationships, and in this extremely difficult external world. She has helped me gain confidence and trust in myself, come to major realizations, and continues to help me find my purpose on a journey that I wanted to give up on so many times. Meghan is reliable, gentle, validating, honest, uplifting, and most importantly, REAL. I sincerely look forward to my appointments with her every single week, and she always tells me that she feels the same! Thank you Lifestance Health and my dearest Meghan for your unwavering support and dedication to my mental health!!!
