What a wonderful place to recover and find support! The business is honest about timing and the staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend this practice group!
Highly recommend this practice! The therapists are compassionate, professional, and truly make you feel heard and supported. The team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about their clients’ well-being. If you’re looking for quality therapy services and a safe place to grow and heal, this is an excellent choice.
I'm so thrilled to finally find a therapist that works for me through this practice! I have specifically worked with Dr. Gratson for almost a year and I've been so happy with my experience. I've been pleased by the breadth of experience my therapist has and impressed by her continued commitment to learning and professional development. She is knowledgeable about topics that I did not specifically request and it has proved extraordinarily valuable to my therapeutic journey. In addition, i find her communication is clear, technology has worked well (I prefer virtual appointments) and she balances listening and providing input in a way that I really appreciate. I'll be honest, she was recommended to me by someone at the practice who knows me, and I was a little wary. Coming off the heals of two prior therapists, one of whom I'd worked with for almost 5 years, I didn't think therapy would be for me anymore. It didn't feel useful. It turns out that it was about the therapist herself and not therapy.
I've worked with Dr. Robin Lowey & Associates for several legal matters. More specifically evaluations for kids who are often charged as an adult in the legal system. The process has been really great, and I expect to always uses this source and recommend to my colleagues. Scheduling has been based on the clients available, and the dr. has always been responsive and fair regardless of how difficult question or problem is. Compared to other providers I tend to stick with what has worked so far and Dr. Robin Lowey & Associates works for us. Thank you
Highly questionable. Professionalism was lacking in a report produced by this group. The report included many subjective statements without supporting evidence. These subjective statements were baseless, based on subjective opinion, and do not support available physical evidence. Requests for clarification in writing have thus far been refused. Expect bias based on subjective opinions to be included in any reports produced by this group.
The therapist I worked with was not fit for my needs and looking back now I believe she did not have my best interest in mind. She was specialized in something else and she clearly did not fully comprehend the struggles I shared with her. Their billing system is also a mess.
My social worker seemed a bit overworked. He was new to the Dr. Lowey group and a fairly new therapist. He would forget to email me or follow up on things he had previously brought up in our sessions. Kind of got car salesman turned therapist feel. If these people cared more about the human lives than the money, they might be helpful. It's always about the money.
They get two stars because it wasn’t the worst experience ever but I do not recommend. My therapist was okay (good but not great) but they have a disorganized office with a new system no one knows how to use and I never got reminders for appts. on time. I missed one appointment and they still charged me even tho I never got a reminder and my therapist didn’t try to call or text me. It was a remote appointment so I would have gone online immediately if she had. She did email 17 minutes into our 50 min session but didn’t attempt anything else. Unfortunately, I didn’t see the email. When I tried to talk to them about it and expressed how upset I was and felt it was unfair I was charged, no one cared. They didn’t even at least act understanding. I quit immediately after this because when I tried to message my therapist and explain how upset I was, she told me to “try to calm down” and didn’t have an answer at all for why she didn’t attempt to call or text me when we had communicated that way before. In my experience, there are plenty of better practices and therapists out there who would do way more in this same situation.
Kristle Small is really the best! I would recommend her to everyone I know. She takes her time to get to know you and gives awesome feedback. She doesn't rush you to speak and she makes you leave with a smile! All my sessions are with her! I would not go to anyone else. Shes the best!!
I have been seeing my therapist for three and half years and all I can say is my therapist has helped me save my life. My days are still a struggle but I know my therapist is always there and I can trust. The office staff is always cordial and there to help. It took me years to seek help but I am so glad that I did because I would not be here without their help.
