I enjoyed my time at Lifestance Health but was told that I could no longer receive service because of my secondary insurance. I appreciated my therapist Katie. I'm tired. I'm really tired this is the fourth time I've been let go from therapy services and I just I'm tired.
Very nice office the staff is amazing. I was very impressed with Liz Frasch she very thorough while reviewing my symptoms and complicated medical history and made thoughtful and professional recommendations for my medications.
Great therapist. Great ability to pick this therapist based on her modality expertises. Dumitrela Negru is the best therapist I’ve had of several. Life changing therapy
I met with the psychiatric nurse Elizabeth Frasch who was a great listener and excellent educator on the meds I was taking for anxiety and insomnia. I was happy to know after eliminating Ambien after a friend’s husband discovered she emptied a quart container of ice cream during the night on his way to work that the 50 mg Trazadone thar worked for her but, not for me so, I could increase my dose to 100 mg! She also explained the negative long term affects of using Xanax for insomnia! A well worth it visit! Ambien was negatively affecting my memory during the day and she confirmed that was a side affect and resolved my sleep issues after a traumatic decade in TX! She made my day!
All around good experience! Very professional and knowledgeable person. It means a lot when you’re working with someone that really cares about your wellbeing.
My provider has always been great. Answers questions I may have in the portal and always makes sure rx's are filled. From the beginning of using this lifestance I haven't had a bad experience. Grateful for lifestance and the work they do to keep us all healthy.
I’m so pleased with the staff and especially LIZ FRASCH She is a blessing She has helped me in more ways than I could ever imagine!!!
Providers have always been great. Easy to get an appointment. Their app is great and never seems to have any issues. Highly recommend. :)
Dr Robinson was extremely caring and compassionate. I went into my appointment skeptical, but that melted away quickly with her kindness and knowledge. I’m very optimistic about my treatment plan and look forward to more appointments with her.
I’ve worked with Rachael Collier and Megan Ines and they both are so incredibly sweet and dedicated to helping me. When I talk to them I don’t feel like another rushed through patient I feel their genuine desire to understand and do their best for me. I’ve had many therapists and a few psychiatrists but these two sincerely listen to me and adjust their treatment to best cater to my concerns and wishes. So happy to have met them both and feel so lucky have finally met people that get me and are intelligent enough to shock me with their advice and professionalism
