Great experience with my therapist every session.
Dr. Chandra is great! She seems genuinely interested in my well being and is always focused on my needs when we interact.
I’ll just say her first name for privacy - Angela is the greatest and I enjoy talking to her every two weeks! I don’t know about this place overall but Angela is great! I would recommend her!!!!
I just do telehealth, but the doctor has been very nice.
My visit today was a really good experience. Ms Vitti was simply great, she made me feel comfortable and she was extremely professional. Thank you, and I look forward to my next visit.
Save yourself and go somewhere else. This practice only wants your money. After seeing a nurse practitioner, I was told Dr. Carey was the only person within an hour of Philadelphia who could help me with my “complex medical history/medications”. I had to wait 2 months to be seen. Meanwhile, I’m being seen weekly (sometimes twice weekly) at $150 per visit to keep me on life support until medication can be added. When I show up, I’m told, “Oh, I’m sorry, you were booked for a 15 minute follow up when you should have been booked for a 60 minute in-take.” And was refused to be seen. This has to be some cosmic cruel joke for someone holding on by a literal thread. I give up. Thanks, LifeStance, for literally nothing and pushing me off a cliff. Cheers. 🥂
My first experience with LifeStance was quite pleasant. Everyone from the receptionist to the therapist was welcoming and courteous and efficient. I look forward to continuing the relationship!
I really like Nicole a lot. She’s relaxed and understanding and makes adjustments to my medicine when needed. Also lifestance’s Telehealth platform either changed or improved because finally it works properly when signing in.
Dr Mark Carey is a great professional psychologist. He is a great listener. I am always excited about talking to him. He makes sure you have all your medications, and he makes sure that you are good mentally . He looks right in your eyes, because he knows if you are not right that’s because he is a real professional.
I have been seeing Latoya Mohammad for a few years now . She is amazing , understanding , knowledgeable and empathetic. I’ve been to other psychiatrists and none are like her . Provides quality and meaningful care . Makes me feel human and always strives for what’s best for the patient . The office staff is always kind and helpful when I call ! I honestly don’t have any complaints!
