I have been a patient here for over 15 years at this point. I cannot get through to anyone on the phone but yet when I'm there there is always somebody sitting at a desk. I am out of medication. I can't make an appointment because no one answers the phones and no one calls back This is absolutely unacceptable for an office that sees this many people with severe issues. Now I have to withdraw for medication just to get back on it when you finally decide to answer your phone. This is highly unacceptable. I am not a Medicaid client. I am not getting free services. All I would like is that someone would answer the phone and treat clients with respect. If Dr ola wasn't such an amazing doctor, I would throw you to the wind. Unfortunately I can't just walk into any other doctor's office and ask for my medication so I have to do it with your incompetency until then.
Firstly-To Jill: I came to this clinic, very broken and hopeless. You heard my desperation and so willingly helped me get help. I have been blessed and I thank you. To all of the other staff: for all of the effort, sincerity, devotion, patience and compassion I thank you and I acknowledge it. This clinic has change my life. Best clinic I’ve ever been to.
This place has been so wonderful and helpful I'm forever grateful for Miss Dorcy and Dr ola, and Garret. everyone there can be overworked sometimes due to getting busy a lot but they still take the time to make sure your heard and taken care of. ♥️
No one answers the phone. Not even a voicemail comes up
Please disregard any negative reviews. Every individual at this clinic has went above and beyond to see fit that I get cared for. Of course, nothing is perfect, but everybody here takes accountability if needed and handles every situation with professionalism. Thank you, Tim, Ms. Dorsey my dear and Dr. Ola! you have impacted my life for the better and tremendously since I’ve met you! I appreciate you.
Please do not go to this clinic. They don’t give you refills. You’ll have to be there every 30 days and if you cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be without medication and they don’t care… Once you leave the building, they treat you like you’re not a patient and anything you may need between appointments you will not get helped. The staffs are nice but this should only be your last and temporary option.
I go here for therapy. My therapist Ms.Rosie is AWESOME. Shes always pleasant, checks up promptly whenever anything changes within the schedule & during our sessions she really asks all the right questions and recommends great advice and strategies. Shes very reasonable and if she isnt sure of something she asks someone who can help her and gets back to you.
I originally had Dr. Smith. He was the doctor who saved my life literally. He gave me my life back and also gave my parents their daughter back. It was a long story but he diagnosed me correctly and put me on the necessary medication to make me feel like me again. Dr Smith retired but I still love everyone here. Ms. Dorsey is great. So nice and helpful. My new therapist is good too. Her name is Rosie. Very nice people here to help you.
I sincerely feel this place is an insurance money grab. I made an appointment for intake in June, and was seen in August. In September they drew my blood in a dark room without a sink present, dozens of people one at a time. I had an anxiety attack, and the tape they used stuck to my arm for several days despite my use of alcohol and aggressive scrubbing. No news on my test results. I feel I was stolen from. I called two weeks later and was informed they had no therapist. I'm at a loss. I need help. They put me through all that, took my blood, charged my insurance and gave me no help, just deepening depression and hopelessness
Excellent market offering the best selection of bulk items I have found so far. What a surprise to see they even have bulk protein powder. Their selection of organic produce is quite reasonably priced & very fresh. I only gave 4 stars because there are no customer loyalty programs in effect at this time that I am aware of. I recommend this store & will continue to patronise them.
