My experience with Inner Balance has been incredible! Sam is the best therapist that I've ever worked with and I speak from a lot of experience! Billing is clear, straight forward, and easy and I've always been able to schedule conveniently with what works with my calendar. I am so grateful to have found this practice and would highly recommend!
Horrendous record keeping and billing practices. A month after I stopped being a patient, they charged me $200 due to a “system glitch,” but never have refunded me the money to this date. Sent me a bogus printout of my billing history in an attempt to justify the charge after first claiming it was an accidental charge, then saying I actually owed them the money. There were at least 2 other occasions in which I was incorrectly billed and the situation was not resolved appropriately. Extremely disrespectful administrative staff who refuse to help and continue doubling down. I would recommend staying far away from this practice unless you want random unauthorized charges to appear on your bank account whenever they feel like it!
poor patient care. Do not recommend this practice, they seem incapable of treating anything other than innocuous ailments. This practice misled me during the treatment plan for my adolescent and wasted several critical weeks of treatment for my child.
