Natalie is a phenomenal nutritionist, coach, and overall well-being specialist. I've worked with her for over a year and she helped me sustainably put on 15-20 lbs of muscle (which I've always struggled with) while also helping me improve and manage increased training loads as I pick up more and more activities. She has also helped me get my feet back under me after illness and injury. She can meet you wherever you are at and provide the information and energy you need to get you to whatever your goals might be. Would recommend!
Working with my dietitian has honestly changed my life. She takes such a holistic approach to food — it’s not just about calories or numbers, but about how you feel, move, and think. She taught me how to count macros in a way that actually works for me, helped me understand why I was always low on energy (turns out I wasn’t eating early or often enough), and guided me toward a much healthier relationship with food. Since working with her, I’ve gained 13 lbs of muscle, I crush it in the gym, and I have so much more energy throughout the day. My sleep and mental health have improved, and for the first time, I feel confident and genuinely happy with my body. I finally have the positive relationship with food I was looking for — and it feels amazing. If you’re looking for someone who really cares and helps you see food as fuel instead of something to stress about, she’s the one.
