Healing Hands Therapy — Massage therapist in Philadelphia, PA

First time was great— older, petite woman as the therapist. Second time— Massage therapist texting during the session. She laid her phone next to my head and used one hand to text/scroll while massaging with the other. This continued to happen, without her washing or cleaning her hands between touching my face and her phone…. I ended the massage. I was offered another massage therapist, I had to request the new therapist to put her phone away twice…. While there may have been a language barrier, professionalism still stands. Very inappropriate.

This was my first visit. I had a 1 hour massage with Lee and he was fantastic! He clearly knew what he was doing and made a big impact on my very tight back and neck. I am very grateful. Thank you Lee! It was so nice to meet you!

I started coming here 2 years ago. I haven’t gone anywhere since. Always friendly, always professional, and ALWAYS a GREAT service. Best prices you are going to find AND the best service you are going to find. PERIOD. Healing Hands is so great. The staff is friendly, accommodating and understanding. The massage therapists are kind and respectful. The vibe and energy there is so peaceful and a plus is they are affordable. The booking process is also easy. Been going there for over 6months and I definitely recommend.

rude lady at front desk, no bed side manner at all, terrible massage accompanied by toilet flushing, loud noises from hallway and just by overall feeling unwelcomed for some reason...idk what the girlies on tik tok were recommending this place for. i hate to have to give a 1 star to a small business but the front desk lady being so rude really made me feel so uneasy and wanting to just walk out mid massage. ugh. :( would not recommend

I cannot say enough good things about CICI. I just had a two-hour massage for $120, and it was hands-down the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. The salon itself is a cute, cozy little spot, but the quality of the massage was Ritz-Carlton spa level, truly elite. CICI is beyond phenomenal. Her technique, pressure, intuition, and attention to detail were flawless. She somehow knew exactly what my body needed without me even having to say much. I walked out feeling completely reset, physically and mentally. I’m a flight attendant based in Chicago, and I can say without hesitation that I will be coming back to see CICI on every single Philadelphia layover from now on. That’s how incredible she is. If you’re debating booking, don’t. Just do it. You will not regret it. CICI is a total gem, and this place is a hidden treasure. Highest possible recommendation.

I’ve been doing the massage thing for about 10 years now. I’ve found a “favorite” location in every area I’ve lived during that time. I’ve been in Philadelphia for a year and I can say this is my favorite massage place of all time. Everyone is very polite. You can pay on Venmo which is SO much easier than gathering cash every time. Whether you get a male or a female—both of them are among the strongest massages I’ve ever had (they always check in). Mina will also do stretching. Crazy creative stretches too, like you didn’t even know your body could move that way. And it probably never has before. Everyone there also seems to know every single pressure point on the body. It’s pretty clear they have studied the stuff. I’m thrilled I’m a 5 minute walk from these guys! Been here many times and never a bad experience.

I had one of the best massages I’ve ever experienced and I’ve had my fair share of them. The place was clean, smelt nice and the music wasn’t too loud. I asked for a strong massage but it was still so relaxing. My therapist knew exactly where needed more work without me saying. Money well spent. Highly recommend.

just walked in and got a massage by lee-lee (sorry if that’s wrong!) but she was so wonderful and attentive I feel great. she continuously checked on me to make sure that she wasn’t massaging too hard- and I really appreciated that. it was the perfect amount of pressure where it felt good and worked out my muscles. definitely would go back. I liked that you can add time as well. $1 a minute.
