The counselors are fantastic but the intake process is the worst, you literally have to be in withdrawal to get seen, I could see why people aren't in a rush to line up to get help, with only 1 or 2 hardworking ladies trying to see everyone is feasible, this comment is not directed at the staff working but the management for having such a system that is grinder down more than overdue break pad.
For the parents and loved ones of new residents: All of the people I came into contact with today who work at the Spring Garden Gaudenzia location are extremely professional, kind and compassionate. They were super busy when I arrived to drop off clothes and a money order but you wouldn’t guess it by their demeanor. If you have a loved one there, they are in good hands.
